I bought two cams, 180deg. One 4G and one WiFi. Used them for over a year so far, but suddenly the WiFi one developed split image,(stitching gone bad) reached out to them over and over, one guy called jay replied but to no use. They can’t be legit money making, must be money cleaning. They just don’t really care. Their product can be very good but their efforts and goals are different to successful companies. Sad
Their cheap or most expencive camera cant last more than year.
I bought 5 of these LS Vision cameras, and still just one working because it is just 5monts old. Now im waiting that last cam to drop dead also soon.
Contact company for support and spare parts, I got nothing but tons of stupid questions. Im electric engeenier and that kind of stupidity is for epic tales.
So folks...DO NOT make mistake as I do. Dont buy LS Vision products...you are just throwing your monney away for garbage...
Have purchased 6 of their solar powered WiFi cameras, 1 did not turn up from the first order and Ali-express refunded my money on it. I ordered 2 more separately and neither work. 1 the blue pairing light only works when you depress the reset but stops as soon as you take your finger off, the other more expensive one says that the QR code on the camera is incorrect. The 3 from the original order work perfectly. NO ONE GETS BACK TO MESSAGES LEFT. HIT AND MISS BEWARE.
STAY AWAY from LS Vision! I had an utterly horrible experience with this company. The product I purchased was defective, and their customer service was abysmal. No support, no refund—just endless frustration dealing with representatives who couldn’t care less about resolving the issue. Save your money and your sanity by avoiding LS Vision products at all costs. You have been warned in the strongest possible terms!
