Very dodgy place to study. I went recently to the Wembley campus to go for their tests because I was born oversees and they had others there who couldn't speak English and struggled to use a computer. The admission staff were allowing those to use their phone and were helping them to complete the test. Very unprofessional behaviour. Decided to just leave in the end because I could see if that's how they are getting students then something is very wrong with their standards.
Do not trust this university. I enrolled with them and then later on changed my mind. By that time the admission team have took it on themselves to enroll me onto the course and states I’ve started it when I haven’t even been to one lesson. Now they’re refusing to help me or just dragging it out all because I changed my mind and wanted to go else where. Stay well clear of this university and Birmingham campus. Not helpful one bit and very rude on the phone.
It is an absolute unprofessional school in many ways. If you want a good quality of learning experience and management, then avoid this company!
I was supposed to have an interview for the Admissions Manager role at LSST.
They rescheduled my interview twice.
The first time was completely understandable, I know how busy they must be at the moment.
The second time, they rescheduled my interview less than 30 minutes before it was supposed to start.
Once the interview actually took place on Tuesday, 7th October, they promised to give me an update no later than the following Monday, 13th October. Of course that didn't happen so I followed up on Tuesday, 14th October. They informed me that they were still interviewing and promised to keep me updated.
It is now Monday, 27th October and they haven't even bothered to send a generic rejection email.
I have no issue with being unsuccessful - at the end of the day, they need to find the most suitable candidate for the role. However, given the significant amount of time and mental energy I invested in preparation for the interview, it is very disappointing that they couldn't even do the bare minimum on their end.
Very bad experience me my wife enrolled did all test past test we had to wait 3 months for there decision then we were told because we are hubby and wife we can do the same course together also the admin staff are very rude and there manager jad pls don't go there go luton instead off luton bustards was our time
My statement concerns the branch located in Birmingham, specifically the staff in the Student Services department and the certifications section. They lack experience, responsibility, and competence, and they display indifference and suffer from a lack of supervision. My wife left the university due to mistreatment, belittlement, and negligence. Every time she asked about a matter directly related to her studies, they either failed to answer her questions or inquiries until it was too late, or, in most cases, provided inaccurate and unreliable information. On many occasions, my wife was told to contact the other university from which she would receive accreditation, but when she did, she was sent back again to the LSST staff.
If you want to save your sanity avoid them at all cost!
They only want your money, what you get in return is pain and suffering.
They are liars and extremely manipulative.
Let me tell a lil about LSST.Aston Campus.
(FYI, I have proof of everything, screenshots, emails, call recordings)
Since me and my class finished our course, we’ve been waiting for our certificates for 4 months.
4 months, I repeat,4 months!
Soon we’ll have our graduation we still don’t have our certificates….
When I call, they constantly lie that “we have outstanding balance and we need to prove that I have paid, caught them in a lie,
Regardless I did sent the necessary and required proofs, still nothing….no reply to calls/emails.
Another fantastic lie “the awarding body university holding the certificates or they did not sent it out yet ” caught LSST in a lie again…
They always blame the other university (Awarding body) that they are at fault, when I call the awarding body university they told me what LSST telling us is a lie and we should write an official complaint which me and my class did.
Also awarding body university can prove it…,our certificates has been sent out.
I constantly call , they won’t answer ,constantly write emails won’t answer… when they do I’m lied to…not just for me, for my colleagues as well…
This is extremely frustrating, all the lies all the fake promises still no certificates.
What’s the purpose of LSST holding our transcript and certificates?
They might be using our certificates for some scam or bad purposes who knows?
They also “motivated” us to milk Student finance of England,
By doing a “teaching course” DET level 5 , with them, since we have 5 years of worth SFE loans,
Our tutor said laughing “ that we shouldn’t leave that one year in, we shouldn’t leave that maintenance loan….
They were also cold calling us, loads of times to do the national student survey…. I do mean it loads of times.
If you don’t wanna end up like us avoid them at all cost, if you require any proof of emails or lies, let me know. I have proof of everything.

My experience at LSST has been extremely disappointing. The facilities are dirty and poorly maintained, and the overall management is chaotic. Most lecturers can barely speak English, which makes it very hard to understand the content—even as someone who isn’t a native English speaker myself. Assignment briefings are unclear, and support is almost non-existent.
What’s worse is that supervisors completely ignore emails—I’ve sent over 12 and received no response. This level of neglect is unacceptable. On top of that, we’re being pressured to leave positive reviews online. I have screenshots to prove this. LSST is not a place I would recommend to anyone serious about their education.

Facilities as bathrooms can be improved and also the class room.More activities in groups involving lectures materials can be included as well.Social events that include students (Christmas parties etc) inexistent.Job fair and other activities regarding work/jobs and improvement are scheduled in a time period that doesn’t fit everyone schedule.More flexibility and students integration can be of help.no air con in class room. But on a positive note this things can be improved.Looking forward to the changes.
