Misrepresented Vehicle and Deposit Kept

After a four-hour round trip, the vehicle turned out to be nothing like advertised. The condition was completely misrepresented by Simon and nowhere near what was promised.

When I raised this and requested the refund I had been promised several times, the dealer has not responded.

For me, this showed a complete lack of integrity and honesty in the way customers are treated. Taking deposits on inaccurately described cars and then refusing to honour what was agreed is unacceptable.

I would strongly advise anyone considering buying from this dealer to get detailed proof of the vehicle’s condition and confirmation of refund terms in writing before handing over any money or travelling long distances.

Very disappointing experience from start to finish.
