It’s really concerning that PAYPAL doesn’t do their job to verify this type of reviews.

I was also scammed by this fake company and they send PayPal a fake shipping confirmation and that’s that...

Screw you LROKA.com and screw you PayPal for not looking out to your costumers.

Scammers they don't even deserve the one star ordered in Intex water slide on June 2nd have yet to receive it nobody replies to emails phone numbers I guess I learned my lesson and I'm out $62 they send a tracking number and supposedly it was delivered but never was you cannot get in contact with anyone through this I don't even know if it's a company obviously it's not

same as other complaints in here. Ordered item, never received, then proceeded to file complaint with PayPal. The scammer (seller) will supply PayPal with tracking number for a different item delivered somewhere else, but PayPal will accept it and close the case. You will need to actually go to the post office and obtain an "intranet" paper that shows the actual delivery address and with that, PayPal will issue a refund. Keep in mind, once the case is closed, you only have 10 days to dispute. You need to obtain this document as soon as the scammer sends PayPal the tracking number and submit it to PayPal right away. Use the chat, it has the ability to attach files.

Do not buy, was scammed.

If you also were scammed, please do your homework first before filing a dispute with PayPal. I disputed with PayPal and the case is closed because the seller had a tracking number and they sided with them. At the same time was tracing it with the post office and it was delivered to a different address and only weighed 2 oz. My package was for a child's climbing dome and clearly should weigh more. Had i had this information for PayPal first, i might have my money back. PayPal has no way for me to add this information and I am out the money as they have closed the case in the seller/scammer favor.

PLEASE DO YOUR HOMEWORK AND RESEARCH FIRST, then file your dispute with PAYPAL.

If I could give zero stars I would. Order a ski surf and received two blow up Ariel pool rings. Phone number doesn't work and they don't respond to email. Scam of a company.

I have tried to contact them (LROKA.com) about the recent Order #99814 order date 06/02/20, (Flexzilla AT8505FZ Mini Impact Wrench Kit), but have not been able to get through to them. I've tried to Call: (518) 878-3425, to contact a service team member or Logan Sharp or Rachel J Nicholson to resolve this issue, but haven't been able to contact them what so ever.

I ordered a trampoline which I never received. When I disputed the transaction with Paypal, the seller provided a USPS tracking number that showed the package was delivered. I followed up with USPS and they told me the tracking number was for a package delivered to a different address for a package weighing 12 oz - DEFINITELY NOT A TRAMPOLINE!!!

Ordered product June 4th. Have not received, called can’t get ahold of anyone, emailed with no return. SCAM!!! Filing a BBB claim and PayPal claim. I have screen shots of entire order, also to whom the PayPal payment went to.

I ordered a gift for my granddaughter on June 1 and paid with Pay Pal. The gift has not arrived, and the telephone number on their website goes to a busy signal. I want to cancel my order, but there is no option to do this and there is no option for Customer Service.

No response from vendor after submitting order for over 2 weeks.
