Good product and reasonably priced.

My son ordered me one of those wooden and metal clothes airers/ dryers not sure what they are actually called.
It arrived and he installed it and it was super easy for him.
I am so happy with the quality of this product. The sides are something like cast iron strong metal anyway. When put together it’s very solid and I can pull right up to the top of my vaulted ceiling where no one will notice it. I don’t notice it as I keep forgetting I actually have anything on it. I think in winter my washing will dry even quicker as it will be up where all my heat goes. The rope is long enough for me to get it up and down easily.

I made a mistake on my order, the first one having failed and I ended up ordering two instead of one clothes airer.
I have tried to get help from Low Energy to help me return the second order, having accepted it was my mistake, I would have been happy to pay to have it returned but they have been distinctly unhelpful, just sending me one line emails or repeating the same answer to my request for help in returning it economically. I pointed out they have a 14 day returns policy, so how does that work? No answer to the question. Just a bland, unhelpful response. I have tried to ring several times but it appears there's no-one to answer the phone.
I have been very polite in my communications but am disappointed and frustrated with their lack of care and help. So, I have an extra clothes airer that I do not need which I paid over £100 for, which I now cannot return.

The shower water pressure reducer that arrived on time today fitted perfectly. Excellent and easy to fit.

I ordered via Amazon rubber seals to place around my pvc windows. The item was extremely sticky making for good adhesion over the old existing seals that had ceased to flex but were in good order. The windows sealed like new cutting out draughts and noise. I was so pleased I ordered a second lot to complete all my non complying windows

Despite a 1 star, I found it 5 star. Price of Digital Timer was good, delivery great and fitting simple. Also setting the programmes easy for this 81 year old.

I have purchased a few items and most recently I Purchased 2 drivers, (eBay) both arrived in the time stated and both working, my only complaint is that they do not have a trade counter as I work in the area (but this doesn't distract from the service or product they provide)

I must comment after reading some of the bad reviews I am confused.

e.g. one person complained lights they purchased "work" but get too hot to handle and the company refuse to refund his/ her postage costs!!!!

So you purchased lights to produce light which they do and your complaint is "they get to hot to touch"!!!! I'm not sure it's this companies fault that a byproduct of light is heat, I think your complaint should be to a higher power.

Also a complaint is that a person purchased a kit which has no holes drilled or supply cable or installation instructions.....!!!

or why YOU must drill the holes
and if you need instructions to fit !!!!
Don't complain the company is garbage for not giving you the necessary knowledge to install. It may be more productive to examine your own inadequacy or safer to employ someone who actually knows what they are doing

My only complaint for this company, Please take
notice of the several comments left by many of
your customers, regarding tracking problems
with your preferred delivery company -
please stop using Parcelforce, they are dreadful,
look at their reviews !

I only placed a small order for a tap aerator, but what I liked is it's a family run business, but it still offered free postage, even on a small value item, unlike some other large international or foreign companies who are now getting far too greedy, wanting 'substantial' minimum value orders just to get free postage.
Please keep up the good work.

DO NOT PURCHASE if you think that this "kit" comes with instructions, fasteners or even cable from Controller to battery. Do not expect tracking information either. I am assured that instructions are on the sales page - but as i said, they don't come with the items. There are some plastic items which purport to be the mounting frame, but, these don't come with pre-drilled holes or guidance as to where to drill any hole nor what to use to fasten the solar panel to these or how to even fasten these to your base (roof / wall etc). There are better, comprehensive actual "kits" which include basic things like instructions and the means to fit, on the market. I shan't be buying from these again.

The instructions are really easy to follow and has stopped the leaves blowing under our garage door.

First let me say that the people at Low Energy Supermarket seem really good and I have no complaints about the quality of the products I have received, that said the time frame for two recent deliveries I have had from them have been dreadful, the most recent I have been waiting 5 working days for and it's supposed to be a 48hr time frame. Now I know this issue and the previous one is the fault of the courier but at the end of the day Low Energy Supermarket bare the resonsibility of the courier they use. My other complaint is that twice I have had to ask for tracking information which should be supplied automaticaly. Low Energy Supermarket please stop using Parcelforce, they are dreadful, look at their reviews !

I never knew about this company. I have been looking for tap aerator but noone seems to have them! Until I stumbled upon these guys. I will definitely be going to them in future...items are very cheap too
