I came on the live chat as my plumber asked me to ask for spare runners as they were twisted and looked poor quality. The agent was not very helpful at all and made it quite difficult

I ordered a bath panel, which I was then informed was out of stock. They provided me with a new delivery date or the option to cancel.
I had time so proceeded with the order and it arrived on the new agreed delivery date within a two hour window.

Best customer service
Bought a shower tray from them as they were the best price by far. There was a potential hiccup with the delivery but customer service came straight back to me and followed up to make sure the delivery went to schedule.
Will buy from them again, even if they are more expensive as I know I can rely on them.

This company is awful, they took the order, withdrew the money immediately and never herd from them again. I called a few times and sent emails as well, no response. Then I cancelled and they promised to see my money back. I still haven't received the money.

I can see your order was placed on the evening of 20th December, after we had closed for Christmas. We did display a site wide banner to advise our offices would be closed during the holiday period, though appreciate this may been missed.
With the above in mind unfortunately we were unable to assist until we returned in the new year. I can see that upon reopening our sales team were in contact with yourself via email, and a refund was probity agreed and issued.
That said, we can perhaps look to see if there is anything we can do additionally in order to avoid future confusion regarding our holiday operating hours.

Advertised on the website as having a USB port but didn't. Not noticed until it was fitted and then the company wouldn't do anything (not even pay the difference!)

I am very sorry that the mirror received didn’t match the description expected from our website. Unfortunately, on this occasion there was an error in our listing which did advertise the mirror as including an additional feature in the form of a USB port.
The dimensions and rest of the specification including part number, were correct. This did mean that initially there was no direct product comparison in terms of identifying a difference in price, as the mirror itself was correct barring the one feature.
That said, I can see you have been liaising with our office, and a partial refund as a goodwill gesture has now been agreed with you.
I can only apologies for any inconvenience caused.
