I wouldn't give them the time of day. Avoid at all costs. Their "Accounts Manager" didn't make contact with us prior to renewing our contract with them and we wished to make changes. I was informed that we were too late to do this (4 days over) and I therefore withdrew our business from them. In response they took us to the County Court and won a judgment based on Judgment for Claimant (in default). I informed the court online that we would be defending against the case and wished the jurisdiction to be changed however I didn't make the deadline of 28 days to file our defence. This couple of days has ended up costing us £1902.00. CUSTOMER SERVICES AN ABSOLUTE JOKE - DOESN'T EXIST. Now with "Care Academy" - A Breath of fresh air and much cheaper and you will receive a Professional Service. Change today

I signed up with this company 14 months ago and when I wanted to cancel my account 6 months in I was told I was tied into a 12 month contract....I never signed any contract!! I have just called them, 14 months in, to cancel and told my 12 month contract renewed in November!!!! No notification or communication received from them at all. I have been waiting 3 days for a reply to my email now and have had to chase this up. Terrible company, terrible standard and terrible customer service!!

You will be threatened in court with verbal contract

There was never any contract. I feel sad because there were other training companies I could have gone with. Please beware! Shall we make a complaint to the County court and CQC?

Awful dodgy company who are taking us to court for an alleged verbal contract!!! Please avoid engaging with this company at all costs!!!!

This is a sham company. Buyer steer clear of these sharks.
They claimed a verbal contract without even indicating this. When I cancelled my request after 4 days they claimed that there was only a 48h cancellation window! They immediately threatened me with a county court case.
No contract was signed, no payment (consideration) made and no services received. An absolute disgrace! Check out the Google reviews, others have had the exact same experience. Furthermore this scam 48hour cooling off period is against the consumers act, which specifies a 14 day cancellation period. My advice to others is don't let these people threaten you to pay them for nothing!

We have used many companies over the years for our training needs and we have always had issues. However since we have started to use Low cost e learning we have found the service to be very beneficial and good value for money. The course updates are excellent and there is a good selection of courses available. We have recommended low cost e learning to many professionals that visit us.

This training allows managers to monitor staff progress, which is great. The knowledge test is good as it allows managers to see what percentages staff are achieving on each attempt of the test - even if they fail.
Some knowledge test answers do not match up with the course material, which is a bit annoying as it means having to look through Google or the research material offered. Some staff just do not have the time to spend looking around for information, especially when some of the larger courses already takes 3-4 hours to complete. If all the answers were in the course material then it would be excellent.
Overall I have had good experience with the low cost e-learning team, they are all very friendly and helpful.

Excellent training.
If I have had any problems I can ring up and the company have guided me through any issues. Excellent value for money, the training can be adapted to other languages.
The staff say that the courses give them extensive knowledge into each subject.
I will continue to do our training through E-Cost and I would recommend them to other organisations.

The packages of learning were perfect for us to deliver targeted training needs to our dispersed staff teams without taking out of the services for long periods.
When the costs were worked out per head it was great value considering the learning that was achieved.

We changed a very dated training system to Low Cost E- Learning as a modern, efficient and managed way to train staff at the Residential Home that I manage, It is user friendly, person specific as it makes learning easy when staff have to overcome difficulties with reading and writing, and the selection of choosing a preferred language is amazing in the diverse world we live in. My staff have given positive feedback that it is so simple to use, and easy to understand. Well done on a great and fun inclusive training platform, I have to also add from a managers point of view that having a named account manager (Jayke) is a bonus too as he understands the needs of our specific organisation. well done all

Fantastic, very professional any concerns I had with logging on or using the system they were very help full. Courses are very well-informed and productive for staff. I would recommend this to any one who is in the care industry, or other businesses that may use similar training for their own staff.
