My Lovestream experience was great
My Lovestream experience was great! It was exactly as they sold it. We did run into some difficulties with setting up printer, but the customer service was excellent and walked us through it. It was easy for our guests to use and everyone had a great time with the photo booth experience. The return process was so easy. UPS came to our home for pick up. I suggest the upgrades we received, like the higher quality lighting and extra prints. That unlimited experience for guests made it less stressful for us. Lovestream and their team is the way to go!!

Best experience I’ve ever had with a Photo Booth. Everyone was kind and knowledgable and answered every question with exact answers. I had problems with the printer the day of the party and they answered within 2 minutes and resolved all of the issues. It worked flawlessly the rest of the night. The setup was so simple. They had written detailed instructions as well as pictures and short clips if you had any confusion. It arrived the day before with everything and then some in the box. The provided more then enough paper and ink. All of the chargers for everything was included also. They also provided a cutting device for the pictures to separate them. Everything from the day I booked to the day of the party was so simple and effortless. I’ve had issue with photo booths in the past having a party on the weekend with customer service having certain hours and you just had to hope it all worked out. Not with this company. I texted them at around 8PM and still received a response. Recommend highly and will be using them again.

This was for a wedding. Everything came in time. The printer showed later but customer support was quick and contacted ups for us to make sure it’s coming on time. Setup was easy and it all worked out perfectly. Right after the event, there was a gallery with all the pictures taken.

I had a question after my booking…
I had a question after my booking because the website refreshed and made it look like I didn't book the product. I checked with my bank and saw that they processed the purchase. I reached out by email 3 times and called two times, only to get ZERO help. Instead, I got an email in the chain from someone who couldn't find the first email or read the question.
You get ZERO help and an I don't give a sh** attitude, because we have your money. They were more than happy to let me know there are no refunds. Stay away from this Company and their even horrible customer service.

Friday morning, our team confirmed we can ship to your rental, and Friday afternoon we let you know that your onboarding email, where you enter the delivery address, would arrive within one business day. Most of your questions went to our sales team, who looped in support, and when your message reached support without the original question attached, we asked you to resend it. Our sales line is closed on weekends, and its voicemail directs callers to our support number. We answered your shipping question Saturday evening, and we’re happy to help with anything else at 704.966.7268.

Amazing company and photobooth
Wow I am going to use this company so many more times. Not only is it so much fun to have a Photo Booth at a party, they send you all the pictures taken from the day digitally also! It is a perfect and fun way to get in a bunch of pictures. They were extremely helpful with set up and any questions I had. They answered my texts within 10 minutes and even fixed a problem I had with formatting in under 30 minutes. This is well worth it!!! If you’re not sure if you want to get one or not, just do it, it is beyond worth it and so much fun !

Super easy and great communication from the company
I am so glad I found Love Stream. Originally, I was getting quotes from local companies and the prices were outrageous. I came across Love Steams website and I was very impressed with the pricing and even more so with the communication between myself and the company.
The package arrived on time, the day before my daughter’s party. The set up was very easy and had a very detailed step by step guide.
The day of the party, set up took us less than 5 minutes and it was a huge hit with all the teenagers. The quality was great and very easy to use.
