We have ordered orchids several times now from this company and they are always excellent. My mum says they are the best quality orchids that she has ever known. The flowers last a very long time then are back in bloom again within a few months. Always excellent packaging and arrive when they say they will - many thanks!!

Orchids were delivered on time and packed safely to protect the live plants from damage during transportation. The plants are healthy, and the flowers are lovely. I’m impressed and will order more in the future. Happy to support UK businesses when they deliver what they promise.

I am recently bereaved and today received a package that was so strongly wrapped I wondered at first how to get into it. But I persevered and what joy awaited me. The beautiful orchid trained into a a heart shape was a wonderful gift from friends far away who knew that MY heart is broken into pieces.

Replacement order sent out with no quibble and very fast. The order was damaged through know fault of their own. Couldn't ask for better service.

Have sent gifts and also purchased multi pack mini orchids quite a few times and have been delighted myself and similarly so have gift recipients. When a delivery service let me down on one occasion they immediately sent out another, so excellent on all fronts!

I ordered an orchid for my wife on Wednesday and I paid for next day delivery as I was worried how long the flower would be trapped inside the delivery system. They orchid arrived the following morning in perfect condition. More importantly we are happy with the orchid. This is my first time using love orchids and it has been a perfect experience.

Orchids are beautiful but better than that their customer service is 2nd to none.

My wife ordered two Blissford Deluxe Orchid Centerpieces as presents for relations. She loved them so much I placed an order for one to give to het for Christmas. This was on Thursday before Christmas and the website stated that one day delivery was not an option to our post code. I contacted Love Orchids to ask if I was likely to receive it before Christmas. It arrived the next morning. Could not believe it. Can’t thank them enough for this amazing service. And the Orchid Centerpiece delivered was as stunning as the two previously delivered. Needless to say my wife was really pleased to receive it.

Ordered my 6 double orchids ,they said it went to my other address and was not delivered and sent back to love orchids
My both addresses where identical but one had a different postcode yet never in three years has my other supposed address been delivered to because it clearly did not exist,as the post code proves,and was charged £60 for the none delivered
orchids,appaulling service ,and very hit and miss on the state of the orchids arriving ,as the carrier would deliver the orchids up side down and a lot of damage over the three years to which I kept to a minimum as the owner was ultra sensertive
and stood by his useless courier company

Great product. Bought to replace the orchid that died after ten years, so this one has got some going to catch up. But the wife is over the moon with this replacement. I’m happy with the ordering process, the times of the delivery, and the packaging.

Superb Mini Orchids! Not a petal out of place (very well packaged and orchids were all in full bloom and quite big actually. SO very impressed!

Amazing orchids which travelled well and arrived within the stated time. They are well protected and a joy to open. The mixed collection are fresh, healthy, beautiful and last ages as they have plenty of buds still to come out. In fact my March collection are all flowering again. Delightful !

I ordered a beautiful orchid and chocolate gift box from Love Orchid in the UK for my daughter's birthday in London — I’m based in Israel. The delivery arrived right on time, and the courier was responsive and followed the delivery instructions perfectly.
