Customer Service Is Horrible!

Customer Service Is Horrid!
I have had a terrible experience with the owner of the website or so called brand, called Loveness. She is very rude and only cares about money and not helpful whatsoever! Disgusting manner to treat people...no communication when my products got lost in the post! And no refund either! When one of the Candles turned up, it was in a mess! Not a good product at all! It was the CLASSIC LOVE CANDLE – FOR RELAXATION/ CALMING!!!

Will not be buying again.

I am very disappointed by the quality…

I am very disappointed by the quality of the products which I bought from Loveness London. I cannot describe how poor the products are. I bought a luxury set and it was a complete waste of money and did not even have the courage to give it to my partner as a gift. This is not a luxury brand, its chinese made very cheap and priced at extortionate rates.

Stay away from these products, they are not regulated either and are damaging for your health.
