Absolutely abysmal service
Absolutely abysmal service from this seller, after waiting over a week; I emailed the seller because my order hadn't been posted, she never responded to my query and just refunded me even though the same rag doll is still listed for sale!
She had emailed earlier in the week to say the rag doll was being made - even though it was bought in and had been made in Sri Lanka as stated in her listing and NON personalised; so clearly wasn't being made! - she never responded to my email but just sent a refund, she didn't even emailed me to say she'd refunded me I only saw the refund by chance.
I have since messaged twice including once on Facebook as too why I've been refunded but the rag doll is still available for sale?? But no response?
She has seen the message on Facebook but has now blocked me messaging her further on there!!
I would be very very careful before purchasing from this seller to avoid disappointment, a simple email response to explain really wouldn't have been too hard surely?!
