To drag the conversation out meaning have to wait longer for your next reply, after last times saga I said I wouldn’t use again and I did and ended up with something that doesn’t work and again customer service are taking ages to sort my query, will 100% not be using again and hopefully my issue gets resolved in the near future they really need to hire more staff to man the customer service department

My product stopped working after 14 months of occasional use. I emailed customer service who said that because it was beyond the 12 month warranty period they could not replace the item and told me to buy a new one. For the price you pay you expect it to last longer than 14 months. The customer service team took weeks to reply and were unhelpful.

I purchased an item I'd had years ago and when it arrived it did not work properly and would not turn off! I had to plug it in for it to stop. Tried contacting customer service but its an AI option that is just useless. I have emailed 3 times in under 2 weeks, each time being told I have a 7day wait. The option for customer service through the AI, is again a 7 day wait. I want to return a faulty item ffs its absolutely ridiculous. Still waiting and I wont be buying from them again.
I have used your chat option, as mentioned the AI is pointless! I supplied you with an order number. If you actually checked your emails you'd find my request to return an item as its faulty for a refund. I had one communication that went unanswered from April

Shocking

Slowest customer service. Package of gifts was lost, had to go round in circles several times to get a “solution” of either a replacement or voucher, which I’m still yet to receive, going on a month after I reported the delivery missing.
Also pretty pointless solution as I had to replace all of the gifts at another retailer anyway, so I don’t need a replacement and I had no intention of buying more products

I bought a Lovehoney product from another store (at the time, I hadn't realised Lovehoney had their own website) and had a horrendous experience with said store after they delivered to me a product that had been previously opened and then resealed, and the store would not refund me, they refused to post my negative review and ignored my complaint. However, I then found and contacted Lovehoney directly about it and they were amazing. Loveyhoney sent me a replacement product and I cannot thank them enough. I highly recommend shopping with Loveyhoney. Superb company.

Basically we didn't use this "perfect partner" product because although it was a little large for me, it was much too big to fit my partner. There is a noticeable gap between the exterior and interior sleeves. I was surprised this was rated small size. If you look at insertable devices designed for female use only I think you will find most of them are much more modest in their proportions.

App is easy and clear to use, products are excellent and products are sent in discreet packaging

Item does not charge properly. Item loses charge quickly. Box was impossible to open and got ripped.
However, speed of delivery for the faulty item was fast but I very much doubt I would buy again.

Delivered on time, good quantity, well packed, no fuss.

I have used love honey for many years and I have been very satisfied with there products and service up until the last 2 purchases I have ordered a latex sex doll the first one lasted quite a while so I decided to replace it. it arrived but shortly it developed a fault where the latex was coming away developing a pocket like effect to which love honey replaced the item I have recently purchased another which seems to have developed the same defect this time LH have been less than helpful using their AI CHAT I did at start manage to get through where they responded to say they were sorry and would I like a replacement or a refund as at this point I wasn't happy with the product any more asked for a refund and this is where it went BAD since then I got several emails saying I need to make a decision with in 2 days or my case will be closed I sent reply to every email requesting a refund please but the same email kept coming in I went back to the ai on the site and every time it says online and it will get a agent I goes to email assistant which takes up to 7 days to get a reply I have also rang LH direct to get a dead line on option 2 or no answer on option 1 which is the sale's line?? So now I am left no choice but to leave a bad review everywhere I can to let people know or until my issue is resolved professionally
