No respons on my email for longer then a month

I ordered my bracelet for christmass around 10th of december and never received anything. I contacted the customer service and they told me it should be already delivered. No response after from them. Contacted again.. still nothing. Hard to find their contacts

Update januari: after a month finally received answer and they will send again. The 30 of januari I received a new bracelet. Was good and perfect: but took a lot of time and emailing them.
