Love2have is a "rare bird" : great seriousness and cordiality. And for me, it allows me to get a great custom made silver cuff from one of their "basic" models.

We bought our wedding rings from Love2have. Fabulous experience from start to finish. Had them engraved and company emailed me to ensure correct spelling and spacing, prompt response when I had a wobble and emailed to ask when they would be ready. Reassurance given and told when they were due to be delivered. Excellent communication.
Will definitely be using them again.

I chose a celtic swirl wedding ring for my partner. He loves it! It’s beautiful crafted and looks stylish and different.
Right from the beginning of the process, the service was outstanding. From being able to loan a quality ring sizer, to keeping me updated throughout and finally delivery within 3 weeks.
Highly recommended.

I found the website via Google. They had a great choice of items.
I was after a silver bracelet for my wife's 60th birthday.
I picked the one I liked and paid for it.
This is where things fail a bit.
There was no order confirmation sent, two days after the order I received an email thanking me for my order but it would take three weeks instead of the two stated.
During this time I had to chase for progress a few times. The phone always went to voice mail. E mails received a short reply a day or so later.
After four weeks I received an email with tracking details.
The item arrived in the post OK.
My wife absolutely loved the bracelet, it has been beautifully made and is a stunning looking item.
I'm very happy with the bracelet but the customer service could do with a look at.
Still haven't got an invoice for it!

Took approx 4 weeks for my ring to arrive which I thought was long but I think their rings are made to order. Very good quality and exactly as advertised.

Only slight issue is I got no order confirmation so had to send an email to confirm and got a reply.

I ordered my son a ring and got an email straight away asking if it was needed by a specific date. It wasn’t but I still received it very quickly. I was informed when it was dispatched and was provided with a tracking number. It was packaged well and the ring itself was made beautifully and fits my son perfectly he is delighted with it. Thank you.

I highly recommend using this Jeweller, I scoured the internet for an age looking for an Elvish engraved wedding ring - All the Lord of The Rings film standard rings were massively inflated & there seemed to be a lack of places for such a bespoke work.

However I did manage to find this independent jeweller - It's exactly what I wanted and more. Personalised, not too flash and will be the cherry on the cake for my wedding day!

Anyone feeling hesitant about using this website, as I was at first - don't be. I honestly cannot recommend them enough, I've seen some reviews comment on the tardiness of the business but please allow enough time for these works, whether you think it should come in a certain time frame or not - for reference I ordered my ring 11/07/23 & it was delivered for 09/08/2023 - I actually didn't anticipate delivery until a lot later!

My Wedding isn't until March '24 so I now have to sit here admiring the works rather than show it off - The only slight thing I would be inclined to agree with in some reviews is maybe better communication overall, but it didn't really cause an issue for me personally!

All in all great business, please support them - thank you so much!

After 4 weeks of waiting for my wedding ring I emailed them asking where it was, next day i was sent tracking number. Finally it arrived but the ring was missing only an empty box. I have phoned them and emailed them but have been ignored. I am now going through PayPal and my bank to get my money back as they don’t want to know.

I phone the company beforehand and ask for specific requirements and they very professionally done them , I ordered a solid silver hammered bangle and I’m very happy with the item . Great service and communication , I will use this company again .

Purchased wedding ring last year and managed to scuff and get glue around the diamond area. I couldn't get off and looked awful. I contacted love2have, sent photos etc. They quickly organised for ring to be sent off to get repaired. The jewelers did an amazing job; re-polished to satin finish and diamonds gleaming....simply fantastic service and a very happy customer. Well done guys. Thank you.

Really slow communication.

Ring arrived eventually and was 20% smaller than advertised width. They wanted me to send it back at my cost after waiting 3 mths to even get it for a refund. Waste of time and lost money.

Update to your reply.
You offered a refund only AFTER I returned it at MY cost, so I am to be out of pocket for a ring 2mm (20% for those at love2have who failed maths class), wait for freight back to even get a refund.

Nett result would have been I lost money on freight, wasted around 4 mths for it to be made, arrive, then be returned and have no ring. Is that what you call service???

I asked you to replace it with what was advertised. You refused. So yes, your a very ordinary disingenuous company now trying to take the high road and spin it with your reply

Ordered a Celtic 9ct gold wedding band as a replacement for a lost wedding ring. Was a bit sceptical as I hadn’t heard of this company before. I emailed twice to ask about progress, quick responses both times and when ring arrived, it was absolutely perfect, identical to my missing one! I have absolutely no complaints at all. Thank you

From the second of ordering I was kept up to date with my order by an actual person not a automated system. Which makes you feel valued as a customer, the ring came next day (Saturday) which is great. The box was decent but I didn't care so much about that I was more bothered by the ring. I was completely blown away by the high quality of it, fits perfectly and looks very unique. Overall exceptional experience, I will certainly be recommending this company to friends and family. I had an issue with the size of the ring causing my finger to swell. Sent it back for a exchange and received the replacement very quickly a few days later. Handled expertly. Thank you

We ordered our wedding rings (with only 4 weeks) and they arrived, absolutely stunning. However, neither fitted. We spoke to Love2Have and they gave us the manufacturer's details, and we liaised and got them rezied, and back in time for the wedding! Excellent service.
