They closed my account while i was in live chat asking for updates on my delayed withdrawal, beware. Still haven't received it or any explanation.
Update: Situation still not fixed, they keep asking for alternative banks, even though they have a bank information that they can just transfer to, also based on thei reply below this they have contacted me directly in trustpilot? That is not even possible.
