Yet again another horrible experience withdrawing after the first one was sorted they are now telling me I need to wait 5 days for a reply customer service ended the chat whilst I was still typing my failed withdrawal was resubmitted and it came through after 4 days then another one failed and I’m expected to wait 5 days for a response because they are withdrawing to the wrong account and I had a response on my last review I never heard anything back from them rude customer service why can one withdrawal be resubmit but another one to the same account I’m being told wait 5 day while they look into it joke of a company rude customer ! This is my third one star in relation to withdrawal issues they do not even notify when there is an issue you have to chase them

Enforcing wagering requirements on deposits which is against their licensing as a UK licensed casino. Deposit £40, lost it all, deposited £10 more and won £32. Went to withdraw and couldn't withdraw the full amount. Live agent told me that's because I hadn't "played through" the £10 deposit. Even had the cheek to question me why I didn't want to "play through" my £10 deposit when I had already lost £40 of deposits in the same session and was still down £9 total. Remaining £8.80 is un-withdrawable in my balance pending processing by their "team" and will take 5 days to be paid out instead of the usual <1 day. Again all of this is totally against their licensing terms as a UK licensed casino. I would be careful if you play from the UK and are considering playing here. Also they don't provide chat transcripts, and the entire chat history gets deleted so you can't screenshot anything. Quite concerning experience. Shame as I have played here for years with zero issues.
Edit: After posting this review, LottoGo reported it to Trustpilot as "defamatory" in an attempt to have it removed.
