AVOID ,scam site ,unauthorised paayments

lotteries.com offer you the oppertunity to bet on the results of draws all around the globe .with many varients

however, their systems are broken.i chose to try their matched 5-pound offer to which they proceeded to take 6 payments (30 pound total) .
totally unapologetic they say "well we thought all was in order" despite 6 separate payments being taken within seconds of each other(in a manner it would be physically impossible to go through normally.)

the websites very busy and confusing, they call you with marketing calls almost immediately.

ive tried many different sites like this.and lotteries are by far the most unsecure shifty one , with appalling customer service .

if you need or want to gamble ,use a legit website, you will lose more than you bargained for with these

Dear Mr. Laing,

We noticed that this had been posted here so we wanted to take the opportunity to address your situation on this forum as well.

Shortly after your transactions we noticed the 6 deposits were placed in very quick succession. Management thought it was most likely a mistake and asked a member of the customer contact centre to phone and inquire as to whether this was done in error. We have the policy of not adjusting balances without consulting the affected customer.

Once we saw the subsequent communication between yourself and our staff member we knew something had gone wrong. We investigated how the situation had been handled and it was not as directed. What was supposed to have been a customer service call was perceived as a marketing call and understandably created frustration.

We have since been in contact by email, relayed that the deposits had been refunded and offered a free play for the trouble. Furthermore we have had a talk with our contact centre to amend the procedures such that they make it very clear from the start of the call that they are making a customer service call as opposed to a marketing call.

We hope that this situation has been handled to your satisfaction. We pride ourselves on our customer service and regret that the procedures failed in this instance. We will use the experience to improve our services and we thank you for the valuable feedback.

Kind regards,
Lotteries.com
