I bought a dress for a ball back in June 2025 that cost me $200. Over a month later the dress had not arrived in time. They do not offer a refund but instead store credit which was useless to me by that point. I had to order something else i didn’t particularly like or need. Again it failed to arrive. After numerous follow up emails and no replies I was then told they had missed the order and processed it again. From there, only part of my order arrived with them saying the new dress i had ordered was unavailable (apparently written on a packing slip?) and issued a store credit again. I have then had to order something else again - this is almost a year later and extra fees in postage which they will not cover. “Customer service” are rude and unhelpful. I’ll be reporting them to consumer protection.

STAY AWAY..

Bought a dress that i needed for a wedding and after chasing them several times on the status of delivery wasnt having much faith that i would get it in time. I asked for a refund and got told i could only get a store credit. Finally decided to use my credit for some activewear which is on the 24 hour collection and a month later i just remembered about it, check on the status and it hasnt even been fulfilled. Phone goes unanswered and then you have to wait for a reply to an email.

Do not trust the website

Do not trust the website! 1st of all my dresses arrived after the 20 days, and later found it wasnt even shipped by the time of event!

So then I bought 3 dresses from the 24 hour dispatch with express delivery and I also paid over night express delivery.
2 dresses came but the third I'm actually still waiting for. But here is the kicker....
The two dresses I got. One I ordered was blue and it came in pink and the other one, isn't even the same dress!
With four dresses ordered from you guys, I didn't have a dress to wear!!!

The best part, I was not entitled to a refund. I begged. I showed proof where all the mistakes were on their part.

The Madison Dress (Blue) dress was absolutely amazing. Material is great quality - though would only recommend wearing it in cool and cold weather as it’s thick and in the midst of summer you will sweat.
Service of Loreta was questionable. Only an email address for communication and it was not prompt. Promises of exact posting date (when the dress was being sent) were passed without any update from Loreta. Only through my social media posts on their advertisement forced them to send the dress - 4 weeks after purchase.

It has been six months since I placed this order. The dress has not arrived and there has been no communication from your end.

I shop online regularly and this is the worst service I have encountered. Six months on, I have no dress and no explanation.

Worst customer service - no refunds when they can’t supply an item

I paid $129 for a dress on 25 November that was meant to arrive within two weeks. I was later told the dress would not be coming at all, yet the company refuses to refund my money and will only offer store credit. This is unacceptable, as they cannot supply what I paid for. Customer service is extremely slow, and I’ve had to email multiple times just to receive a response. I would not recommend purchasing from this store. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

My money is down the drain, save yourself the hassle.

I ordered a top and they sent me the wrong top and wouldn't give me a refund, only a credit (which is illegal). So I ordered a dress and it's not come in over 2 months. They don't give updates and don't seem to care at all. My money is down the drain, save yourself the hassle.

I ordered the Suzi crystal dress in…

I ordered the Suzi crystal dress in September because they said it arrived that week, fast forward to December and I’d asked repeatedly to have this dress expressed post and in a size 10. The dress arrives in a 12 and now I have to pay for postage back to exchange it when all email communication shows I’m requesting a 10 and the service has turned to shit compared the to when they first opened. I have multiple dresses but now I have zero faith in their customer service or anything they say. It’s all lies and to make you pay more

Please do not purcahse from this company as they advertise and offer express shipping but in fact they do not.

I placed an order on 15th November and paid $20 extra for fast express shipping for 1 dress and 1 top (note the site confirmed item was in stock and can be offered 24hr dispatch from order and then express shipping.

I have sent numerous emails to the company to only get 1 email back confirming that my order will be recieved between the 27th november -1 december and a very generic apology email for the delay.

I receieved only 1 item and unable to get in touch with anyone from the company

Im out of pocket $300!!

SAVE YOUR TIME AND EFFORT THIS COMPANY IS NOT THE ONE!!!

Extremely disappointed in not only the service and the fact that I had sent several emails and it took days for them to get back to me but also the lengthy time took to get my dress. It did say up to 20 business days but took a lot longer than that and when the dress finally arrived, it was made very poor quality Will not be buying again And will not recommend this company
Make sure if anyone goes onto this site to scroll right to the bottom of the page as after I had purchased mine I didn’t read the fine print which said it takes up to 20 days makes it very hard for customers to read

I strongly advise caution when shopping…

I strongly advise caution when shopping with Loreta.
I placed an order for a dress with express shipping for an upcoming event. After purchasing, I was informed of a 10-day dispatch delay—something that was not disclosed on the product page prior to checkout. I requested either a timely dispatch or a refund, but instead:
- My order was cancelled without my consent.
- I was issued store credit I did not request or agree to.
- All requests for a refund to my original payment method have been refused.

To make matters worse, I discovered the exact same dress on Shein for a fraction of the cost, with their shipping taking 10 days to arrive and Loreta having a 10 day dispatch wait time, raising serious questions about product sourcing and pricing transparency.

I have now escalated this matter to Afterpay, the ACCC, and WA Consumer Protection due to the company’s refusal to comply with Australian Consumer Law, which states customers are entitled to a refund if goods are not supplied within a reasonable timeframe.

This has been one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company and purchasing from retailers with clear shipping policies.

Bought items from their 24 hour…

Bought items from their 24 hour collection, ordered and paid for before 12pm Wednesday… didn’t arrive until the following Monday… AND I paid for express shipping… when items arrived the dress had previously been worn, with stains on it. Then the return policy was an absolute cluster! It’s been over a month and I still haven’t received my returns. Customer service is just lacklustre… says response times 1-2days where as I had to send weekly update requests.

Just a nightmare to deal with

I have emailed support office multiple times and just keep getting apologies and deferrals. tried for a refund and was just ignored.
spent over $500 on this dress and most definitely will never be purchasing from these guys again

Never order from this business

Never order from this business! They can’t deliver in a reasonable time line and then won’t give you your money back. For an event driven business you would think that they would understand that customers are purchasing for an event. 6 weeks to be told to ‘pick another dress’ is unacceptable.
Refusing to refund. I can see multiple other customers with the same problem. Lodge complaints with accc. They people need to be shut down

Ordered express shipping paid extra for it only to be told the day I thought I was going to receive it that it wasn’t going to be dispatched u til the end of the month - no one to speak to over the phone had to use instagram and even with a response absolutely no care and no answer to my question on why they have overnight shipping as an option - her reply just said I’ve just been told this maybe order something else and we can dispatch today ? do not order from this website ! Getting my money back will be a nightmare I can already see

It seems there might have been a change…

It seems there might have been a change in management, but the quality remains excellent. It took about a week to receive my order, yet the customer service was excellent. I didn’t need to return anything, but I loved my dress so much that I bought another one in a larger size. Definitely recommend Loreta!

Ordered shoes, shipping was FAST. Won their Instagram giveaway back in 2020 and used the gift card for a dress, quality was great. Ordered shoes now, and wow, still impressed. Only thing, I wish they had more new arrivals. Feels like some styles have been around forever. But quality-wise, can’t complain :) thanks

My sis gifted me a Loreta dress in…

My sis gifted me a Loreta dress in 2022, and since then, I’ve been hooked. Their stuff is pricy compared to other brands, but the quality makes up for it. Only thing I wish? More sales & better return policy. I don’t mind getting store credit since I shop here often, but more flexibility would be nice. 9/10 recommend!

Been a Loreta fan since 2016

Been a Loreta fan since 2016! Long term customer here. Their one-piece swimsuits are hands down the best. Still rocking the ones I bought years ago, and the quality hasn’t changed; thick, durable, and super flattering. I usually don’t write reviews, but seeing some negative ones made me want to vouch for them. Only thing, shipping used to be faster before COVID, but still worth it.
