I have emailed them with no succes, no reply whatsoever. I payed alot of money for the pre-order of one of their new releases, and I wanted to check the status of my order and it says “cancelled”…..which is very odd, because I already made the payment, and also, if it is cancelled by them—I never received any refund?
Lorenzo is a very talented parfumer. All of his fragrances have something special and unique, and are of high quality.
Both me and my wife placed orders from the official website, and everything was ok. Packages came fast and well packed.
We had a problem only one time, but customer support was amazing and solved the issue fast and professional. Very good communication by email. What happened was: a bottle came with a damaged cap, from fabrication, not transport. We received a replacement bottle (we got to keep the damaged one too) and also a big pack with free samples! What a great experience!
Will surely come back and get some more of these amazing fragrances. Highly recommended!
