I admit it, I was sceptical
I admit it, I was sceptical. But I tried my Loop Earplugs for the first time this morning in a circuit training exercise class. I bought the Loop Switch, and started off with the lowest setting…It was great to make the music a little more to my liking. Anyway, the instructor flirted with the two women behind me on the circuit and it got really annoying - he just wouldn’t stop. So I dialled up the Loops and it was great. No more annoying flirting, and I could concentrate on me.
Only downside to them…I left them at work tonight by accident (I need to get into a routine), so I had to endure chewing noise from my partner at dinner!

The guardian of my sanity
Got myself the Dreams something like 4 months ago, and it's easily best purchase of my last couple of years. I live in an incredibly loud house and used to be routinely woken up by roommate/dog/outside noise, it was driving me insane on a daily basis. Now i am completely undisturbed
I don't know how these compare to others as i've never tried any others, but i have no complaints really. Took a couple of days to figure out which size worked for me but ended up settling on XS. Very comfy for sleep, never fall out and i never have to readjust them
Received replacement tips today, delivery took a while (11 days) but i have no issue with that

Better off with cheap silicone plugs
I tried multiple tips and none of them made any real difference as far as cutting out the sound of snoring. The cheap silicone plugs I had before are better and obviously far cheaper. I would have returned them but unfortunately, one dropped on the floor and the dog ate it before I could pick it up.

They have made it way better being in crowded areas. I work on a box truck so I often take trips to the dump and scrap yard and it has exceptionally helped there. I can have them in during an event or in a crowd and still be able to hear and have a conversation!

Overpriced and underwhelming
So much hype for what basically amounts to an average set of earplugs. If they were $10 it might be reasonable, but for the price you get some adjustable sizes and not much else. Never again.

Worth the money
Loop earplugs offer a great value for the price, and I would rank them toward the top of the category for similarly priced products. The added features are great, but maybe not all that worth the additional cost. I love that I can use them every day at work and if I do happen to lose one, it’s not cost prohibitive to replace them.
I do wish there was some way to replace lost earplugs when I lose one of the pair, which I have done a few times.
The Loop Switch earplugs are nice, and the ability to carry three different protection levels in one pair is a must for me. My primary criticism of them is that switching modes while working in the venue requires an extra light to see which mode is which, as the indicators are very small and not easy to see.

I purchased Loop Quiet when they first…
I purchased Loop Quiet when they first came out and have enjoyed them. Was looking for slightly better performance and sound dimming so bought Dream. However the new shape buds are very uncomfortable and are not an easy fit so reverted to the round ones which defeats the object of buying Dream.
Shame. I thought you had cracked the reduction @ 27

Expensive and disappointing
Expensive and disappointing. Sleep version does not cut out snoring in my situation so was left frustrated. The build quality of the foam tipped is not great as the coating lifts and pretty sure will peel away in a short time.
Improvement needed if price point is to be maintained.

Got the Switch 2 and I loved them so…
Got the Switch 2 and I loved them so much I bought the Dreams too. Fast shipping even with the Easter Weekend and I have never had more relaxed days with all the noise around me being clipped. My neighbours were mowing the lawn and I didn’t even notice.

Don't really live up to the hype
They are uncomfortable to wear overnight. They do give a satisfactory level of noise reduction but are uncomfortable if you try to use them overnight. I've always had to remove them part way through the night.
I've tried a smaller size but that doesn't give suitable noise reduction

Don't waste your money
I originally bought some ear plugs off temu for less than £3 and they worked really well. I was still having a problem with being able to ear low tones though. Someone recommended loops, said they'd heard great things about them.
I bought the dream ones that block out 27dcb of sound at over £40. AND THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THEM AND THE £3 ONES FROM TEMU!!! SO YOU'RE BASICALLY PAYING FOR THE NAME AND NOTHING MORE. AND THE ONES FROM TEMU ARE EASIER TO PUT IN AND MORE COMFORTABLE. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Been a fan for years!
I generally really like the Loop Dream!
My biggest issue is the price, they're so small and I constantly lose them. They fall behind the bed, or underneath and it takes days to find them again! Ordering a spare pair is honestly quite the investment.
Other than that, I really do like the fit.
That said, I do still hear my boyfriend snore.

All contact channels are blocked by bots that provide repetitive, non-functional responses and close conversations without resolution.
After 4 months, this is clearly not a delay — it is a refusal to process a legitimate refund.
Escalating to chargeback and EU consumer authorities.
Buyers should be aware of the risks.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed, tried every size of bud and still could hear everything, pointless. Applied for refund and was sent a message not to return them just to recycle. Still not had refund, contact ed to enquire told once return has been processed I will get refund. Explained I was told not to return the product and copied the message to them. Really round in circles with them. Have promised I will get a refund, let’s see. I have my reservations on that. However I wait another few days and if no refund then I’ll have to take this further. Companies can’t be allowed to behave like that. Very poor customer service.

Damaged and still can’t return!
I ordered the foam tips as the silicone ones irratated my ears.They arrived damaged on April 2nd.I tried to return the same day, but there was a problem with the website and I couldn’t access the return label.Im still waiting(April 12th today) for one to be emailed to me so the faulty foam ear tips can be returned for a replacement to be sent out.Very disappointing.All communication is via a chat bot or email and I’m unable to speak to anyone.
