Smart ,sustainable and fast

Simply awesome. I wish that they had the option to publish in personal profiles but it looks like it's still not a thing. I appreciate it though! Made my life simpler!

Loomly is a tool we use every week to manage our social media accounts. It gives us one central place to build posts and see all interactions across various social medias. We have used it for over 2 years and are very satisfied with the services provided.

Loomly is quick and easy to use.

As long as they don't increase the prices 200% again it will be my social media management tool forever.

So easy to use for someone with ZERO marketing background.

Multiple Business Managing solutions that allows a level of consumer collaboration unparallel to most others. The easy step-by-step content setup allows for a large selection of platform access, customization tools, tagging, ad management, AI caption creation and customization, custom scheduling, and even a custom platform tab that you can use for content strategy development and collaboration where content would automatically be published but is still a part of the strategic calendar - think email, print marketing projects, short blogs, and more. And the entrance point compared to most other solution is perfect for a one-business owner who is looking for proficiency in their tools while keep costs down. If I were to manage as many clients as I do with as many platforms as each of them publishes to every day, the cost would be 1.2-3x more with other platforms.

Customer support has dropped a bit since they were purchased by a tech investment giant last year, and I miss the instant messaging help features, but email support for my business level has still been fairly top-notch. Overall, this is a great solution for independent business owners as well as small and mid-size run agencies.

The RSS feed emails that prompt you to post are blank when you click from the emails & my facebook comments are still broken on several accounts.

It's intuitive and user friendly, with an appealing minimalist design. Customer service is very supportive! My only qualm is that some features (for example, AI assistance) are included when I'd rather pay less and not have access to them, as they are not relevant to me.

After trying to resolve an issue I was experiencing with the comments tab, I submitted a ticket through the website and also sent an email to the Support Team. They were quick to respond with troubleshooting suggestions, and when those did not fix the issue, they looked into it further and resolved the issue! The Support Team was professional, friendly, and ultimately took care of the issue, so thank you!

As the head of digital marketing at a non-profit, I was having a difficult time finding a scheduler that worked well and didn't break the bank. I signed us up for Loomly about five years ago, and our team uses it everyday. Cannot recommend enough.
