AVOID AT ALL COSTS
If I could give 0 stars I would. Like so many who came before me, had an issue with their product which was misrepresented on their website. Actually thought they sent me the wrong item so requested to return for what I thought I had ordered. Turns out they just falsely represented the item in pictures and in description. Asked customer service for a return label and to waive the restocking fee because of their error. They refused, spoke condescendingly to me about how they were sorry I didn't agree with their policy, and then stopped responding all together.

Further, they claim they make their hardware on site in a workshop with artisans. That's so far from the truth. They're a lowly distributor pretending to make items they clearly don't. Hence their restocking fees because nothing they sell they make.

Avoid them and also avoid Antique Hardware Supply - they're the same company.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! They have a horrible return policy. Tried to exchange an item and they instead issued a refund and took a re-stocking fee. I tried to explain to them that I wanted to exchange for another finish and they said they cannot "now" issue an exchange since the credit was already issued. The whole return/exchange process was exhausting..... Takes way too long! It appears based on other "negative" reviews that they are ripping the Customer off with their re-stocking fees. NEVER AGAIN. READ THE REVIEWS! I wish I did before I purchased from them.

They offered me a discounted price for a large number of casement windows in October. My contractor retired and moved to the east coast so it took me until June to find a new guy. They offered a discounted price on June 12 and said it was a lowered price online and to order it online and when I went online to purchase on June 16 it was the usual high price. I asked about the discount and on June 19 they said oh sorry, the price is back up and so they reneged on the original and the second agreement. Not good business! I have other companies and designs to choose from. I don't like being offered a discount to help me make it affordable and then have it taken away when I'm ready to order. All they had to do was honor what they texted me.

THEIR RETURN POLICY ON DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE IS HORRIBLE! POOR QUALITY YET EXPENSIVE. I AM A BUILDER AND ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO KNOW IF DOOR HARWARE WILL WORK WHEN DOORS ARE ON BACKORDER. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Got two drawer pulls from this company that are completely non-functional. The actual pulls won't swing out from the backplate without a fair amount of force. Emailed them expecting to be refunded for a defective product but I haven't heard back from them. I wish I would have looked at reviews and their terrible return policy before ordering.

Worst customer service and a complete scam. Info on their webpage is wrong. Also you can’t even leave a review on the webpage yet they have almost 5 star reviews lol. Also everywhere you look they have crappy reviews. Anyways, description was off on a product I ordered. Gets here and it’s the wrong color. They make me pay for shipping to return. Also charge me a restocking fee. For something that is their fault. Completely unacceptable and are stealing money. I wrote them explaining my frustration and no response

The entryway and mail slot were perfect - I loved them so much and my curb appeal has went up up up dramatically. Thanks for helping me choose! I just send them a photo and they gave great advice. Very helpful and I am very happy!

Melissa there helped me choose the right entryway sets for my front, side and rear entrances of my new home. I had no idea how to key alike or to get the right centers on the things. She helped me out and took the time to make sure I got it right. Yay! Because the contractor came and I had no issues. It was so easy for the contractor to do it right. Thank you!

I ordered some great glass door knobs about 6 years ago and wanted some more just like it. They were able to find my old order and match what I had purchased. Great customer service.

The door knobs are solid and have never given me any issue. I like that they now have an easy video to watch so even a person like me can install them without some high-priced 'contractor' taking me.

I needed some antique hinges for my old doors and they had exactly what I needed. I have an odd radius hinge and Lynne was able to assist me over the phone to find what I wanted. The finish is very fine and the delivery was prompt. I had no issues and I am a happy customer. I will come back to them again.

Don't do it!! Purchasing from this business was a DISASTER! I ordered from this site, to support small businesses, and they had, what i thought was, good quality, high-end door knobs. However, after purchasing a batch of doorknobs I realized that sadly this wasn't the case at all. This site is a complete and total scam. The knobs i received, were cheaply made, are literally falling apart and always coming loose. After less than 90-days of use one of the knobs broke off the base and shattered all over my bathroom floor. I reached out to the company and they claimed to send a replacement that i never received. (I've reported them to the BBB as well.) I found the same looking knobs on Wayfair, which i received and they are MUCH higher quality, costs less and backed by their great customer service. Look some place else. These people are crooks. Hope this review prevents at least one person from the scam and headaches of ordering from here.

Bought 3 doorknobs. They emailed and asked if I could wait 4-6 weeks. Client was fine. Package arrived 14 weeks later! Won't refund or pay for return shipping. Step up and offer some service. Until then... never again!!

Avoid this business like the plague, unless you want poor products, which often are not workable due to incomplete specifications on their website. As a result of incomplete specs, you may have to return items, paying exorbitant return costs, double shipping, and dealing with non responsive customer service. Customer Service ignores all questions and issues, product specs are inconsistent and incomplete, and their returns policy is punitive. My purchase was costly, as it was back ordered, then further delayed, costing me extra dollars with my contractor. Lack of product specs resulted in non working product, and they charged me shipping both ways plus an enormous restocking fee, despite the issues I raised. Customer Service is radio silent. Terrible business. Try House of Antique Hardware instead—much better business, customer service, spec info, and reasonable dealing with returns.

Door knobs are pretty but very poorly made; they fall apart. Within 7 months, one glass knob just came off in my hand with very light use. (I live alone.) Customer service responded via email that “glass is not covered under warranty.” I argued that the glass knob itself is intact but came away from the metal socket. They never responded. Since then, 2 more knobs have come off.

I received my order. I like the solid pulls. It is hard to find genuine brass these days. Everything is some cheap zinc alloy. These are nice. It is for an antique furniture project and I need it to look and feel right. NICE

The hardware I bought was Oil Rubbed Bronze knobs and pulls for my living room furniture. I didn't like the zinc cheap hardware most furniture comes with nowadays. So I bought these - pretty happy. They are heavy - and good detail. It took a few days to get them so that i smy only complaint.

I spent a fortune on 6 Crystal Fluted Door Knob (Georgian Roped Plate Brushed Nickel) for our home that we are remodeling. I bought them in October but was not able to put them in until December. My construction supervisor (a master carpenter and perfectionist) installed all the handles. He told me as he installed them that the inside works were very cheaply made and not worth what I paid for them. Great! We started having trouble with the one on the master bedroom door right away. It was hard to turn. So he took it off and reinstalled it. It turned a little better, but it clicked every time I turned it. Yesterday morning I turned the knob to get out of our bedroom and it just kept turning! I was afraid I was going to have to crawl out of the bedroom window to get out. I emailed Look In The Attic customer service and they would not stand behind their product! Will said it was past the return date and there was nothing they could do. He said we probably put it on wrong. My construction supervisor has been building houses and remodeling houses for 30 years. He knows how to put on a door knob! I will never buy from them again!

I wanted exact knobs made from brass for my kitchen. It is a 1930s home - and it needs a lot of work. I have been working on this home a long time. The brass knobs needed to be solid with a particular pattern. I found them online but I needed them without lacquer. They really came through. I got the knobs after a while and they have started to turn and patina already. They look original as if they have been in my house since the beginning. I really like the attention they paid to me - and the detailing too. It is hard to find a company like this. Thank you.

If I could give zero stars I would do it with this store. Should be called "look in your wallet to see what they stole from you store"
Never shipped the item I ordered, but charged my credit card. Then asked for MORE $$$ for additional shipping saying the address was incorrect - and I have a screenshot of the correct address in their form.
Yelp reviews and BBB reviews also confirm this isn't the first time they have taken peoples money an never delivered the item. Avoid at all costs
