Established in 1979, Longacres is a family-run group of six garden centres in the south east of England. Our flagship Bagshot store is the largest independent garden centre in the south of the country.
We've been selling online since 2002 and have two purpose-built warehouses for stock and packing.

Bad customer service / staff not trained on click and collect
Initially scheduled to pick up items following Friday but agreed in an email that I did not have to wait that long and the items are ready to pick up . I arrive at the store where the male customer service op asked when was I suppose to be picking up the items? I initially said next Friday, before I could say anything else , he told me to come back then that items not available... despite the fact I saw thar they had many bags of charcoal on the shop floor .. he only gave them to me after I produced the email confirmation... not very God customer service and because he was not trained on click and collect ..

Good service throughout.
We visit Longacres regularly as we find the staff very helpful, the plants in good condition and reasonable priced. We ordered some solar lights and they were ready for collection when we arrived. Good level of service all round.👍

Brilliant service
Brilliant service - we needed the posh patio heater in time for a garden party. I spoke to the company and they were so helpful. It arrived bang on time! Would defo order from this company again.
