We've been selling online since 2002 and have two purpose-built warehouses for stock and packing.

The quality of the beans is awful
The quality of the beans is awful. We have purchased the same products before and have compared the quality of this delivery: terrible. Twisted, warped and cracking in parts. I will NEVER buy this product again.

Ordered plants for monday 3rd was told…
Ordered plants for monday 3rd was told later could not be collected til wednesday 5th. No furthercomms as yet except Longacres send out a "review us" on the 4th. I havent got my plants and as of 1900hrs on 4th no further information. Have my plants arrived for collection? Who knows? I dont mind if they have problems and keep me informed BUT if you then pester me for reviews when you are failing abysmally, here it is!

I ordered my garden furniture
I ordered my garden furniture, got a delivery date. Then got told on the day of delivery they no longer have it in stoke. Even though I paid for it. I did get a £100 gift voucher for the inconvenience of it. But it’s a shame it was on shop floor or even able to buy it on line. Lost a lot of time of the summer and obviously with no garden furniture.
