Resolved my issues within hours of the show starting. would use in the future

It was a very easy process selecting the ticket I wanted for the performance I needed. The steps to book made sense to me so I was able to follow the process

We had an extremely kind, patient, and effective support experience with Jess. She was very understanding and attentive to our situation, and was able to help us resolve all issues and needs. So grateful for her help.

I’d made a booking and misread the seating plan. I was supported by Finnian who was excellent in contacting the theatre to rebook a number of seats so that our planned trip could go ahead. I was really pleased with the support and assistance provided

Quick, simple easy directions.. used a gift card.. no problem...

Lucy was absolutely incredible. She genuinely cared about helping me as a person.
In a world where customer service can often feel transactional, Lucy reminded me that kindness still exists. She created a solution showed real empathy, and made what was a stressful situation so much easier.

Michael was extremely efficient and helpful - I couldn't find my tickets or confirmation number, and he sorted it out for me within a minute or two. Very happy!

I had tickets for Sinatra, but due to a sudden death in my family in the USA I had to cancel my tickets. Finnian went over and above, showing such kindness and personal understanding which allayed some of the inevitable stress.
The cancellation and refund was resolved quickly, efficiently and, more importantly, sensitively.

The price of tickets I purchased through this site went up in price whilst I was looking to book them and also I have paid £24 more with this company than with other ticket agencies. When questioned why the tickets were so expensive the company said it was because they do not included a booking fee. So I have paid £24 more per ticket for no booking fee!!! No customer service available either.

Easy to use and always quick with with the e tickets .

Warning, make sure you don’t make a mistake on your order, as they do not give a cash refund just a voucher and if the tickets you re buy are cheaper you loose the difference.

Lost my confirmation email. Although the AI chat could not help, Michael, a customer rep (real person) , called me with in minutes of my inquiry and rectified the problem sending me a new email.

Finding the right seats was not difficult although the specific event has an atypical seating arrangement, which was a little confusing. Having the opportunity to have a live seating view from the seats you are about to choose was missing, so you can better make your choice of seating on a second or third row ( with often lower prices) may be worthwhile

Excellent family show Malory Towers stage show with amazing fabulous performances from all cast members with beautiful singing and fabulous dancing and acting. An excellent family show

I’m coming to London for a month and plan on seeing many shows while I am there. I’m a regular NYC theater-goer and the experience getting tickets in London is 180 degrees different and so easy. I’d heard that was the case, but until I bought my ticket, I didn’t believe it. Bravo!!

I bought a ticket to Affluenza, but I’ll be seeing many more shows during my stay. So much more affordable than Broadway.

My most important need in seeing shows in London was to see something at the National Theatre. I have loved every filmed piece I've seen, and hoped for the same in person. Though I was sad I could only get tickets for Warhorse (as I had seen it before), I was BRILLIANTLY surprised with the elements they added to the show. The emotional depth and visceral reactions to the show were phenomenal! And the lobby displays of design elements for young designers was breathtaking and inspirational! I want to go back!!!

Very easy to select seats BUT I didn’t realise until I received confirmation, that I had selected seats with ‘obstructed view ‘.

Can I change my seat selection ?

Really disappointed that after purchasing 4 tickets for Tru from londontheatre.co.uk I found I could have bought them direct from the theatre for £10 less per ticket ( £40 extra).
Next time I will explore the options more carefully.

All very easy to book & chose a good few months ahead to get cheaper price.
Had a little buffering when trying to use Google pay. Would you consider having PayPal as a payment method that I feel more comfortable with paying sums of money over £100
