Not what it used to be...

Always had good service from this company, good quality wood etc. One when the kindling supplier had changed, the new stuff was a bit smoky but when I reported this they sorted it out quickly.
The most recent order didn't go so well; the pallet with wood and kindling was left in the road at 5.38 AM. Anyone could have helped themselves. And we had a mad rush trying to get it in before school run as we discovered it quite late.
Reported this to the office and twice was promised a call-back, but nothing ever happened. Will be trying another supplier next time.
