Great service from Civilised Car Hire. I called at around 6pm to arrange a car and they were extremely helpful. They managed to organise everything quickly and had the car delivered by 9am the next morning. The whole process was smooth, efficient, and very professional. I would highly recommend this company, Wesley who delivered the car was equally as amazing too.

I never personally booked with Civilised Car Hire — I simply paid the invoice for a photographer I hired. Yet when their vehicle picked up a PCN in the City of London, I’ve been left holding the bag.

For a year I’ve had to fight off enforcement for a van I do not own or drive. I’ve faced bailiffs at my door, demands for £515, and endless court forms.

This is one of the most irresponsible and unprofessional companies I’ve ever come across. They abandon customers and anyone linked to them when things go wrong.

just took one of the vw splitters out on a UK run, from the south coast to glasgow and back again - brilliant - I love they are stealthy and able to easily get in and out of places a LWB merc can't go - slick, comfortable, look crispy on road and are amazing value.

I also love that the management and staff team are so supportive and helpful and they understand the stresses and problems that can arise when touring.

I will be booking the VW's for all Rhoda Dakars european shows this year :)

Bunch of rude cowboys too busy back stabbing each other then providing customer service. I over heard the fd swearing about me to her mate talk about unprofessional.

Was introduced to civilised by the guys I previously used for a car. Not knowing much about how they work I was cautious. That didn't last long , they are great. Toby and Brian were brilliant . Gave me all the information I needed, reasonably priced and more importantly efficient.
Communication through the whole process was 10/10.

I've leased a really nice car from Civilised for 3 years (I'll keep the make and model private). The service has been excellent. The staff at Civilised have been considerate, flexible and first class throughout.
