Excellent company; I have made a few kayak (accessories) purchase recently; prompt service, good quality (no frills? No offence intended!) products and good prices. One item I bought was the wrong size and it was refunded and replaced with no questions raised (we pay the postage ourselves). So in summary I recommend and will definitely be using in the future whether that is direct or through the Amazon store.

The goods were as described and good quality at a very reasonable price. Ordered on Monday and arrived Tuesday.

I purchased a greenland paddle. They praise themselves on attention to detail but the quality off the finished product was very disappointing.

The customer service is second to none. Friendly, understanding, helpful, knowledgeable and trustworthy. The slightest hint of an issue is dealt with within moments and professionally. I cannot recommend this company enough.

I bought two pairs of Lomo gloves for cold water swimming recently. The first pair were 5mm thick and were quite difficult to remove. (I bought another pair for my husband but he could not even put them on, they were so tight.) They looked sturdy but after only a few months the stitches were coming off and I ended up with a huge hole in one finger which was filling up with water. I had to repair it with Black Witch. These gloves are not ideal for swimming as I understand, they are meant for diving. They are cumbersome and they impede your stroke. The part that covers the wrist is very short and wide and it fills up with water. It is not possible to tuck this part inside the wetsuit if you are wearing one. The elastic band around the wrist is not meant for anyone with a thin wrist. I had to stitch another Velcro patch to wrap around my wrist. I also found out that if the water temperature goes below 8 degrees they do not keep you warm for very long.
In December, I bought a different pair of Lomo gloves called Tri-x which are meant for swimming. I measured my hand and ordered a small size glove. They felt like a good fit the first few weeks but then they got so loose that I had to stop and pull them up
during the swim. I had been warned by some of my swimmer friends that they get loose after a time but I used mine for only a few weeks. There is also fraying inside the glove which you have to glue. Lomo refused to replace them with XS size because they "cannot replicate my experience". The manager named Linda was quite rude. There wasn't even anything close to an apology. I now have two recently bought unusable Lomo gloves. Never again.

Great quality products, decent value and quick delivery.

Great customer service and really friendly staff - swim wet suit repair. Fast, efficient and great quality repair at a fair price. Other product I bought were also excellent value and packaged up together with wet suit return after repair. Would highly recommend.

I ordered a cycling top which came with a faulty zip!
I emailed customer service asking for a returns label. Only to be told to email them a picture of said faulty zip so they said they could look at it. I said I wasn't able to do that but I could whatsapp them a picture. Nothing... I have emailed them again saying the item is faulty and would like a refund, Nothing for 3 weeks now.. Do not use this company is my advise.

Have ordered 2 drybags, sup bag, first aid drybag and drysuit bag over 4 different transactions.
Many years ago I was a whitewater raft guide on a grade 5 river.The quality of the items have always been great and I'd be happy to use their kit in commercial guiding trips.
Quality and fast postage. All you can ask for in a supplier.

I bought kayak pogies from Lomo and in a year of not terribly heavy use the velcro was completely coming off. They were out of warranty but Lomo offered to stitch it back on if I sent it to the workshop (I've stitched it myself instead).

Poor quality gear and an even poorer customer care.Duck and weave to avoid responsibility for any faults.Would never use again

I ordered wrong size, realised later that day. Sent lomo an email.
Swift reply saying “no problem” and my order arrived with the correct size neoprene socks with no delay at all.
Add to that the lomo neoprene socks are fantastic quality and look great.
I also have the rebel spray deck and rash vest both of these are also amazing quality.

Ordered poles for trail running, arrived on time and delighted with the product and service I received. Will use again 😊

Sent wrong item, admin kindly sent a return label. No refund, no replacement, will open chargeback claim tomorrow. Next time I’ll save myself the hassle and buy elsewhere. Really disappointed.

Top marks to LOMO Watersports for repairing my surface drysuit.

I had previously used the manufacturer of the drysuit to change seals etc, but this was just a much better experience.

Neck-seal changed, pressure tested and leaks fixed and back within 10 days and at a great price too.

Ordered 2 spraydecks but ordered wrong size, returned via post and correct suze replacements arrived 3 days after i posted back original ones. You cant knock that for fast & efficient service! 10/10 defo use them again!

recently ordered from them for the second time and thought it time to say a few words. the products i've received from these guys have been spot on -- dryboxes and drybags mostly -- and delivery is shocking prompt, like less than 24 hours.

like someone else said, being into watersports is no prerequisite to getting good value and great service from this place. i just do a bit of woods hiking and camping and the stuff i've got from Lomo suits me perfectly.

I needed to exchange a wetsuit and the replacement was delivered while we were away with no notification from Parcel Force. When I contacted Lomo they gave me all the details I needed to collect my parcel. Great help
