I went for a brunch, it wasnt that busy at the time. The waiter sat me down, no greetings just grumpy face.
i saw customers next to me were being served. I kept getting the attention of the waiter but was ignored, not even a single look. I timed him up exactly 30mins has passed and i did call his attention this time by telling him " will
You take my order, i have been waiting for 30mins?" Waiters respond " has anyone taken your order?" I said "no because u are the only waiter here so you should know".
I was shocked with the customer service which was so apalling. And then again i watched him sit down other customers & within a minute he politely takes orders.
It looks like he had singled me out or doesnt want to serve me at all and this is unacceptable. To the management you better sort out the attitude of your staff as this utterly rude! Whoever is your customer, your staff should always be polite & cheerful not SNOB & GRUMPY. Your food is good but your customer service is a failure. I did not come there to eat free, i am a paying customer so give me a good service. It isnt a hard job to say " hello,
Can i please take your order, is everything ok, d thank u have a nice day with a smile. "
