We are a family run business, based in Halton Lancashire, and we've been selling fuels to homes and restaurants since 2004. Our specialised kiln dries our firewood onsite to under 20% moisture, making it perfect for long, hot burns and cleaner chimneys. It's also better for the environment as it produces less emissions. As FSC members, we are committed to keeping the business as Eco-friendly as possible, so the majority of our wood comes from Britain, though we do also support projects and businesses in Europe (and even South Africa!). You can find oak, ash, beech, birch, and alder being kiln dried on any given day up at the yard, so no matter your preference, we'll be able to help you. Our logs come in various sizes depending on your need, from 20kg carry-bags all the way up to 1.6 cubic meter bulk bags. We even sell the log stores to go with them, alongside a range of fireside accessories like baskets, coalhods, firefighters and kindling. Whether our customers want to cook pizza, heat their homes, fire their BBQs, or light their campfires, we've got something for everyone- even gardening products! A bit disappointed
The package can be improved. The bags of woodash just put into the box without any protection. It was very easy to cut on the bag when you open the box by a cutter.
The woodash itself has lots of nails and gravel inside. It was very dangerous when I just use my hand to spread the ash. The 3L woodash include the nails and gravel which is not fair.
I bought it before, it was very nice. But this time feel a bit disappointed.

Great service. I had certain delivery requirements as the road to my house is narrow. When the logs arrived the driver was fantastic. He got the logs right outside my log store. I was ready for a bit of hard graft but I was left with a simple task and my back was grateful for it. Oh, and the kiln dried silver birch was brilliant too. Smells fantastic whilst it burns. Burs hot and burns longer then I anticipated. I already have my next order in the basket waiting.

Had an issue with my chippings not turning up but they returned the funds as soon as we brought it to the attention. Great customer service skills and local well run business would highly recommend just based on that alone.
