Same story as several other reviewers…

Same story as several other reviewers here. Trying to sell a vehicle and have had 2 different parties claiming interest and will purchase the vehicle as soon as I pay for a report from this site. Several things seemed off in the messaging back and forth between these 2 different people so I started digging before I went any further. Glad I did! Sellers beware...Research if things don't seem legit! Saved me $40.71!

Beware of these Scammers 2

So this actually the second incident I'm reporting but the same type of scam. I'm selling my vehicle and my contact information is posted at several websites, Cars.com and Craigslist. This person was insisting that I go to logisticsvinreport.com and buy this auto report similar to what Carfax offers. I told him that I had already purchased a report and could send him that one. This was obviously very reminiscent of the previous msgs I had received the day before. So again I started digging. Looked up his ph#, checked to see if the website was legit and it had a very low rating. I have the whole text thread with this "potential buyer" screenshotted. This guys name was Mike, the other person's name was Jason. Fake phone numbers and names I'm sure. I have come to the conclusion that this site is a scam site that they use to get personal info and creditcard info to scam people that way. I don't know if these sites can be shut down but I'm fed up with scammers winning. They are always finding new ways. This guys name was Mike, the other person's name was Jason. Fake phone numbers and names I'm sure. Jason was pressing me to get a report from trzautofax.com. Watch out for them too!

Scam! This James guy texted me and kept pushing to send the report. He kept on sending messages which i tried calling he didn't take the call but kept on messaging. Also mentioned that he would pay full price of the vehicle but wanted me to purchased the report first. Glad I read the other reviews and didn't buy the report!

TOTAL SCAM

TOTAL SCAM. Texting with out of town number and "pretending" that they just moved to the local area and didn't have time to change the number. Then tell you they agree to pay full price, just need you to buy this report. They say they don't trust Carfax, but this report. Then say they will refund the money for the report later when they pay for the car. Waste of time. Don't get scammed.

Complete scam

Complete scam! Don’t use this website, was swindled out of $40.71 for a bogus report and it says it will refund your money with them three days of purchase, which I contacted them and simply was ghosted. My fault for being dumb but just passing on the knowledge to other people so they don’t get scanned by this bogus company.

This website is a huge plus. I put up my vehicle for sale in Mi. Get a response from a # from Southwest New York. He asked for me to send report fron logisticvinreport. Thank God I checked trust pilot. Through several texts and inconsistent grammar even him getting upset with me. I decided to shut communication down and post here.

Definitely a scam

Definitely a scam
Definitely a scam. They are not on the NMVTIS, it's a new website with low trust, and the request to buy the report was fishy.

Also, the replies to these reviews uses very poor english.

SCAM & FRAUDULENT WEBSITE

This website is a total Fraud & Scam!!!
I had a what I thought was a potential buyer for my motorcycle that insisted on me getting this report & email it to him before he would pay cash to buy my motorcycle. Ronald Smith claimed I needed to get it right away in order for him to arrange time off work to come look at it the following day. I read the other two reviews posted here so I canceled my credit card & put a fraud alert on it. I'm also disputing the fake report that was emailed to me. Beware people, this behavior is discussing as I'm a senior person & on a budget!! The website is logisticsvinreprt.com with a small L.

On June 13

FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD

Logistics Vin Report FRAUD

On June 13, I purchased a report from this site at the request of a buyer named Ronald Smith, who claimed to be an employee of the site. He spoke to me as if he were a serious buyer. So, I bought a $40 report from the site, which turned out to be completely fake and not even related to my vehicle. When I sent the report to that buyer, he never responded and didn’t show up the next day to buy the car. And now, today, these people have withdrawn $1,000 from my account.

You all should avoid using such fraudulent sites for reports. This site is nothing but a scam in every way.

This is a scam

Fraud Logistics vin report
Fraud, fraud, fraud this is a scam! Please, no one should visit this website. They charged $40 from my card, which I willingly paid for the report, but later they withdrew $1000 from my card without permission. I had to get my card blocked by the bank. These people are scammers.

Please don’t enter your credit card information on this website it’s all a trap. The buyer told me to get this report, but it turns out the buyer himself was probably working with them and might have been getting paid for this setup.
