I've got myself a keyboard from lofree
I've got myself a keyboard from lofree, and I must say it's pretty good for the price that you pay for it. It was only $100, and it really delivers. It sounds creamy and it's clicky at the same time. Not overly in your face with a clicky, more creamy sound on the lofree low-profile keyboard.
Very good customer support
I often write negative reviews when I feel that a company does not behave ethically so as to warn others. On this occasion, I feel obliged to defend this company against some of the negative comments here so that people will feel more confident to give them a try. I live in the UK and purchased a keyboard from them. The keyboard is really nice but some of the keys stopped working after very light use. I have had the keyboard just over a year and would say in total I have used it for 3-4 months. I contacted the company, they asked for a video showing the fault and then they asked me to remove the switches which are below the key caps and swap them with those of a working key to see if the problem is with the actual switch. This was all straightforward and it was concluded that the problem was indeed with the switches. The company responded quickly and very politely. They advised that they could send me some replacement switches at a cost of $15 for postage. Being in the UK this was too high a cost for me factoring in bank charges for payment in a foreign currency. So I declined but said nothing further. They then came back to say they would send me a few switches free of charge/postage which I think is a very good solution especially given that the switches they used were likely faulty to begin with and my keyboard is just a few weeks outside of the one year warranty. So I have to commend this company for being upright and for providing excellent customer support. I hope they continue in this way. Maybe some of the negative comments here are based on fear, sometimes when we are purchasing from a company based so far away from where we are, and perhaps there is a delay with the postage or initial problem with the item, the customer immediately fears the worse and that they have been caught in a scam. This is normal since there are so many scam websites. I honestly do not believe this company to be a scam, they are probably a small team trying to find their balance and as everyone, they too will make some mistakes sometimes.
don't let the bad reviews put you off!
after seeing some of these reviews about long shipping times and faulty products, I started losing hope for my own order however it couldn't be further from the experience ive had. the shipping was fast from china - uk. I placed the order on oct 29 and it has arrived today November 18 which I think is rather fast considering where it's shipped from. the whole way I had a tracking number and accurate and up to date information available through the SFC link. as its only day 1 of having the keyboard itself I can't comment on its longevityh however so far its lived up to all expectations. (I purchased the flow2 after watching countless YouTube reviews of the product and I can say they are accurate for the most part!)

I bought the Flow100 Lite keyboard in May 2025 and so far I love it! Only downside is that they didnt have Nordic keybcaps so I had to buy my second keyboard from a Norwegian website, but other than that, I love it!
Stay Away. Faulty products, customer support ghosting.
Bought the keyboard last year in December. Cost 30$+ in shipping + took 3 weeks to arrive but I didn’t have a problem with it.
Around half a year later the first problems started: two keys wouldn’t respond, only randomly after clicking clicking it sometimes 10+ times. It was the 1 key which I use fairly often and the 7 key which I almost never use, so it couldn’t have been an issue caused by using it too much.
I continued using it though because I really liked everything else about it. Now, the space bar has also stopped working properly which is an actual problem because I obviously can’t write any text like that.
Since there is a 1 year warranty, I contacted customer support who got back to me 2 days later, even apologizing for the late reply. After following up with order number they requested a video which I sent a day later (September 30). Since then I haven’t received a reply, even though I did message them again twice to it couldn’t have been accidentally overlooked.
There’s tons of reviews like that, seems like they really just sell faulty products and then ghost their customers. Doesn’t just seem like a questionable practice but also illegal. Not worth pursuing anything of course, just throwing it into the trash.
Please don’t buy.
⚠️ Lofree Flow Keyboard – Great design, but zero support when it breaks (1 month ownership)
Wanted to drop a warning about my experience with the Lofree Flow. The keyboard looks great and feels nice — until it doesn’t.
After 31 days of use, I flipped it over and saw two screws from each foot had already fallen out, and the rest were loose. I even tried moving one of the loose screws to a missing spot, only to realize the threads in the aluminum body were completely stripped. A few more uses and the rest gave way — now the feet don’t even stay on.
Here’s where it got worse:
The Amazon return window had closed just 4 days earlier.
I didn’t rush to return it because I thought maybe I could fix it myself first — but when I reached out, Amazon told me I was out of luck.
Lofree support said they “can’t handle Amazon orders.” Their only offer was to send screws/feet (useless since the body threads are gone).
Even after I explained clearly, sent pictures and video, and emphasized I was barely outside the window, they gave me no real support.
So yes — the Flow is fine until it fails. But once it does, you’ll get bounced around with no solution. For something in this price range, that’s unacceptable. There are better options out there with companies that actually stand behind their products.

Keyboard won't connect, disappointing customer support
I was really excited about the Lofree Flow Lite keyboard (OE921) when I got it through Kickstarter. It worked perfectly for about 2 weeks, but then all connection modes—Bluetooth, wired, and 2.4G—stopped working and the blue Bluetooth light kept blinking fast. Nothing helped, and the keyboard became completely useless.
Initially, Lofree support responded and asked for videos, which I provided. However, their follow-up advice was the most basic troubleshooting straight from the user manual, which I had already tried. On top of that, this advice was only relevant for Bluetooth mode, and they completely ignored the issues with 2.4G and wired connections. After that, despite my reminders, I’ve been completely ignored.
I’m now stuck with a keyboard that won’t connect and out €107.95 (which is about $117 USD or HK$920). This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. I had high expectations for Lofree, but the product failed too fast, and the support has been unhelpful. I wouldn’t recommend buying from them.
Edit: My smart boyfriend fixed it by completely turning my MacBook's Bluetooth off and on. Somehow, the keyboard showed up again in the Bluetooth devices after that. The issue is still weird since the USB connection didn’t work either, but at least the keyboard works again. Still leaving a 1/5 rating because Lofree's customer support is still terrible.
Worst customer service, Stay away
I paid $175.15 including transportation fees (!) for a keyboard more than a month ago that I never received. DHL claims that they delivered this parcel in the letter box!! A box of a keyboard cannot even fit in the letterbox! I contacted DHL and they have a bot replying to me. Then I contacted the Lofree company and they keep ignoring me saying that they are still in contact with the logistics department. after so long I still didn’t get my refund and they are not even replying to me. Stay away from this scammers…
Good typing, poor connectivity and shipping.
I purchased the Flow some time ago, and whilst the typing experience is pretty good, bluetooth connectivity is woeful. If I wanted a wired keyboard, I would have purchased one.
Three weeks ago I decided to give them one more go and ordered the Flow 100 keyboard. Zero shipping updates - all the shipping information can tell me is that it took two weeks for the product to leave the warehouse and now, who knows where it's at.
Doubt I'll ever be purchasing from these guys again.

Took our money October for a Kickstarter.
Got delayed because of "banking issues" for the first time, ever, in Kickstarter history.
Started selling the product in China, for cheaper then I paid for it, in November.
It is December and I just got a notification that I may get the package soon. 2 months late. Oh, and because of how THEY shipped it, it cost me an extra 20 bucks on top of 60 bucks I paid for shipping.
Note, these are NOT customs fees. These are DHL fees I was charged because Lofree decided I should pay more.
Do not use them. Run away from this company. I was so excited for their keyboards, I got others to back them only for this non-sense to happen.
I hope the products, when I finally get them, are great. But I will never buy from Lofree again and you shouldn't.
Find another, cheaper keyboard. They are just not worth it.

Horrible experience. It’s been months and still no sign of my keyboard. No tracking number provided nothing. It’s an absolute scam.

Maybe the products are good, but unfortunately, I'm still waiting for my order. The customer service is worsted I have ever experienced and the shipment is the longest one I have ever seen in my life. Shame on you!
Great quality, hard to get shipping updates
I bought my husband a low profile mechanical keyboard and keycaps set. It came directly from China so I knew it would take a while. It took about a month.
The keyboard was amazing. Really good quality, my husband is very happy with it. The only thing that would have made this 5 stars is better communication with customer service and better shipping info.
I had to get the shop app and then navigate to the courier's tracking to get updates on the whereabouts. Once I was able to find this, I was able to find frequent and accurate updates. The shipping info did not update on the lofree website. I also found that customer service was slow to respond to my email, although they did respond.
I would recommend and I would purchase from this website agan, however I understand that there is a risk that the item gets lost due to coming from China and that customer service wasn't great
I have ordered a keyboard two weeks…
I have ordered a keyboard two weeks ago. I did not have any news from Lofree as to where the keyboard was until a couple of days ago after I emailed them twice.
Their answer was the link to a website and a reference. The said website indicate that after two weeks the keyboard hasn't left China (I live in UK).
This level of logistics is middle age at best. And their customer service does not exist. Had I ordered on Amazon, I would have had any keyboard on the next day.
Avoid this firm unless you live next door to their factory, maybe, maybe, you will be delivered in a decent delay otherwise avoid and use Amazon.
Update : had an email from the customer service saying that my keyboard is expected to be delivered on the 23 rd of October. A MONTH !!!! a full MONTH to deliver a keyboard. They shamelessly blame the fact that there were holidays in China. I ordered my keyboard at least a week before said holidays. Total clown behaviour.
