I canceled a home insurance policy they had brokered after I got a better deal somewhere else. They didn't fill out the forms correctly, so I was stuck paying for the old policy until they learned how to do the paperwork properly.

Shingles for my roof

Before you become a clients they offer you whatever it takes to get your business but when you become a client things changes. I was offer a service before the closing of my house and after I had the closing when I called to get the service they said I miss understood. Really!!

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. VERY PROFESSIONAL ANSWERS TO QUESTIONS, PROMPT RETURN CALLS, AND FOLLOW-UP WAS JUST AS PROMISED. THESE FOLKS WORK VERY HARD TO EARN YOUR BUSINESS AND GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO PROVE THEIR DEDICATION TO THEIR CUSTOMERS.
