Poor quality

The product arrived on time but was very disappointing. I ordered a Moroccan leather photo frame which came unboxed in a very cheap pouch, no branding on it and nothing on the frame to say what it was, just looked very cheap. I bought it as a present hoping it would be a luxury gift but it certainly doesn’t look in any way special, no free returns so I will keep it but definitely would not buy again. I contacted the seller to air my disappointment but have had no response.

Exceptional quality

Exceptional quality. Exceptional delivery time. I ordered a beautiful, maple wood with gold rope, 7x5 photo frame for a special photograph of my late father. I also uploaded the image onto the website with the frame order, which was printed free of charge, and placed inside the frame. It arrived the next day and looks absolutely stunning. A quality, proper job. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
