I have been trying to change my phone…

I have been trying to change my phone number on the PC OPTIMUM
app for about 3 weeks now and have talked to 2 people from customer service. I have also spent almost 16 hours on hold waiting to speak with someone. Because I can't change my phone number, I can't get into my app because my 2 step verification is going to a wrong number. I've had one email from Loblaws support people and have replied to it and have received nothing in response. I have never had such poor customer service in my life. I even called in the middle of the night and got a message that said they were experiencing higher than normal call volumes. This is when the offices are closed. How does that happen. I worked for Shoppers drug mart for 15 years and have never seen such crap service.

Not for everyone

New to West Vancouver, I started shopping at Loblaws. For the most part, I found the store generally fine. It was the Sunday before Passover that I got a rude awakening. After shopping up and down the aisles twice and not seeing ANY products for Passover, I asked an employee on the floor where I could find the products. The employee didn't know what Passover is. No big deal. He went to another employee who also did not know, so she called a manager over. The manager approached me and I asked where the Passover items were. She said, "We don't order that stuff". I was a bit taken aback and asked why, when it's a well-known holiday. She said, "I don't know why and I can't sell you what we don't have. Have a nice day." I tried calling the headquarters but could not get through.

When a company kills a good thing

When a company kills a good thing, it sucks. But also, loyalty doesn’t mean what it did before. Which is why I hope I’m not the only one bailing on a company that bailed on its customers more and more over the years. PC redemption when ordering through Express? Down. Customer service? Inconsistent nothings. Quality? Not at all. Price fluctuations day to day to make items look like they’re a deal? Daily. Pay for Insider’s to benefit from Express service? Service outage due to possible hack and or faulty points redemption programming.

Once in awhile my wife and shop at either NoFrills or Loblaws Superstores. We are really stunned by the prices. In addition we are really upset by the miniscule print size of the origin of the product, especially considering how we try to boycott US products. These are the two main reasons the vast majority of grocery purchases are at Costco.

I have been shopping at Loblaws for over 5 years

I have been shopping at Loblaws specifically the store in Bowmanville for many years. However, I recently had an unfortunate encounter with one of your store's staff. I was so troubled by it that I feel it necessary to report the incident. I was to say at the least disgusted at this particular employee who treated me in such a degrading manner. I am appalled that this employee could have been even hired. When I asked to speak to her manager she gave me a smirk and a condescending look as if she was the owner. I would like to file a formal complaint to head office to bring to their attention the situation as well as give the employee's name.

Loblaws owners have bcome the BIGGEST ,GREEDIES,SELFLESS,SELFISH,GOUGING company in Canada in rhe history of Grocery price as rhey keep raising prices to an unafordable price for any family to.keep up with.
This owner thinks about their own needs and wealth over keepiing prices down..
There is no need for prices to be this high in Canada
Canada has a massive food chain from cattle to corn raised right here in Canada..
YOU ARE A GREEDY COMPANY STARVING THE POOR AND MIDDLE CLASS CANADIANS..Looking out for the rich..

I purchased a can of blue menu kidney beans and when I poured them in my chili there was only less than half a can.
Terrible customer support from
Loblaws. They want me to dig through my recycling and bring the can back to the store.

This is a company who has had and is…price gouging

This is a company who has had and is having to pay millions for price gouging like bread over the past 20 years!
My issue is the tariffs, when Trump raised tariffs (and I am talking coffee here) Loblaws had raised coffee before Trump had quit speaking, even though they had coffee in the stores that was bought before the tariffs, now tariffs have been taken off and today coffee was higher than ever!!!! It is no wonder the store was boycotted several times and I will continue to boycott, you are not worth people shopping at any location.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Loblaws needs to learn from more successful companies, which sadly are often American based. Canadian customer service is decades behind what it means to provide good customer experiences. The loblaw's store on Leslie Street and Lakeshore is the worst.

Club Sized but not Club Priced

I purchased a Club Sized PC Vanilla Yogurt. You'd think that the 1kg. Club Size would comparatively work out to be less than the 750 g. size. Not so. 16% more expensive per gram to purchase the Club Size. Shocked to find this out when I checked out. The Club Size had no pricing at the cooler section when purchasing it. I wonder why? Online customer service was a bust in attending to this complaint. Come on Loblaws Do Better!!

You're not fooling anyone!

You're not fooling anyone!! We all know about you million dollar a year bonuses & we as consumers have to eat the bill.... Your shrinkflation, not weighing meat portions without using plastic wrap and salafane, adding new price stickers over top of old ones with different best before dates changed on fish, which can make ppl very ill, are not fooling anyone. Selling USA produces marking them as Canadaian.... price gouging for profits isn't going to buy you that second Yacht, infact if you were smart, you'd realize, you don't need to jack up the prices to make a great profit margin, the more you charge, the less ppl are going to spend, the more items a consumer puts in their basket, the more people are going to spend. So in reality, you're theory & ideology is actually costing you money by throwing away more produce and items that reach the best before date. The waist is disgusting!! Greed is ugly and you should be held accountable for your crimes against humanity. Quit blaming Trump, quit blaming the government, quit blaming inflation!!! THE MORE ITEMS PPL CAN PUT IN THEIR BASKET THE MORE MONEY YOU MAKE. I hope a tide blows in and tips over & sinks every single one of your Yachts..... & a commet crashes into that big Mansion of yours.... lol

Loblaws Policy regarding Disposal of Drugs and Poorly Trained Pharmacy Staff

I am not happy with this response.... And now want a phone call with a Loblaws MANAGER directly.

My complaint is not just about the disposal of expired drugs but the Quality of Service of Staff at the Pharmacy whose qualifications and training I question.

I want to see a written Policy concerning this matter. concerning disposal of medications. Where is it?

These are not just pills but liquids. Over the counter Drugs like Exlax with expiry dates.

I have no intention of returning to this pharmacy that clearly does not know how to professionally operate and now feels they can give medical advice..

They are not Trained to be doctors. Nor do they operate in a professional manner. ..

You clearly missed the important points of my complaint .

I AM VERY ANGRY AT YOUR COMPANY AND THIS RESPONSE IS NOT ACCEPTABLE UNDER THE CIRCUMSTANCES.

I WILL NOT BE ABUSED by pharmacy Staff at Zehrs or any other Loblaws Company.

Based on this response, I do not feel comfortable going to anyone of your pharmacies at this time with staff poorly trained and who don't provide their names..

Yet its your company that has made an arrangement with Ontario Government to provide medical information to individuals like me?

No thank you.... Lets stop wasting valuable time...

THIS IS A POLICY ISSUE. THIS IS A ENVIRONMENT ISSUE. THIS IS A CORPORATE ISSUE. THIS IS A MANAGEMENT ISSUE. THIS EMPLOYEE ISSUE.

I want to deal with a Manager from your head office at this time.

The Loblaws at Yonge Street bad experience

The Loblaws at Yonge Street and North York Centre subway station has a store sticker that needs customer service training. Sadly, just asked a question and she snapped and said whatever you see that is all we have. I decided not to buy anything and left. They didn't have what I was looking for. I saw many shelves were empty around the pharmacy. I didn't see any signs saying why. She was too busy trying to unload the cart.
