Elton and his crew from LOSDRANS LLC were quick and efficient. My items arrived in good condition and they assembled and located all my items to make it easier.

I recently used Loadrans LLC to move my 3-bedroom house from CA to VA, and I couldn’t be happier with how smooth everything went. From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and super easy to work with. They handled my furniture and boxes with care, and everything arrived in perfect condition. No hidden fees, no stress just a straightforward and hassle-free move. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable movers!
THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM
THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM — STAY FAR AWAY!!!
I am BEYOND furious. PLEASE do not make the mistake we did. This nightmare started when they took 30 DAYS to deliver our belongings. When they finally bothered to show up, our most expensive items were missing and much of what remained was damaged and broken.
They destroyed our property, dodged every phone call, and when I tried to file a claim, I found out they hide behind fine print that only pays $0.60 per pound.
So for $3000 worth of stolen items, they offered us a pathetic $60.00.
UNACCEPTABLE.
It gets worse — they extorted more money at pickup and delivery, violated our payment agreement, and left us with half-assembled furniture because they refused to reassemble what they took apart. They didn’t even send real movers — they hired random people from Craigslist, who QUIT halfway through, leaving us to finish moving everything ourselves.
THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD.
THEY ARE CROOKS.
THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU.
DO NOT USE. DO NOT TRUST. SPREAD THE WORD.
This review is about Trust pilot
This review is about Trust pilot. Even though only 1 star ratings are posted, Truspilot gives Loadrans 2.5 stars. It could be argued that Trustpilot’s Bayesian averaging system misrepresents actual consumer sentiment, especially if all visible reviews are 1.0 yet the TrustScore remains significantly higher. This could potentially fall under deceptive trade practices, particularly if:
1. Consumers Are Misled – If users believe the score represents a simple average but it’s artificially inflated.
2. Companies Benefit Unfairly – If businesses appear more reputable than their actual customer feedback suggests.
3. Omitted Reviews Impact Perception – If negative reviews are filtered or their impact is reduced without clear disclosure.
Potential Legal & Regulatory Issues
• FTC Regulations – The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) enforces laws against deceptive business practices, including misleading online reviews.
• State Consumer Protection Laws – Many U.S. states have laws prohibiting deceptive advertising or unfair business practices.
• EU Consumer Protection Rules – Under EU law, misleading consumer ratings could violate Unfair Commercial Practices Directive (UCPD) regulations.
REAL SCUMS RUNNNNNNNNN
Everyone has the same remarks for these two Pathetic companies. Ive bashed them on other sites so why stop now..
They really do run a great SCAM, I signed with Coastal on Dec 14th today is Feb 20th still have nothing, they just want more $$$$$
I made police report sent the info to my C.C. company I was refunded my Deposit from Coastal THIEVES. I got my other Deposit back from the other THIEVES who picked up my belongings.
RUNNNNNN
Do not use this Loadrans or Coastal Moving!
Do not use this company or Coastal Moving. Coastal moving gives you a low-ball estimate and requires a deposit at the time of accepting their bid. My price was raised when I contacted them with an update on items I was going to move. I had forgotten some things on my initial call with them. They don't come out to look at the items you are moving so they really don't have an accurate volume. The day of moving when Loadrans showed up to pack my stuff the amount went up $3,000. I had no choice but to pay this amount. My items were delivered in 2 weeks moving from Washington to Arizona. The day before they arrived at my house in Arizona they told me they could not fit the semi-truck on my street so they would have to offload to a smaller truck and that would cost another $1600. I got them to lower it to $1,000. My initial bid with Coastal was $4,120 and my final cost was $10,863. They also broke my 65" flat screen TV that the packed and now I am having to go through the process of filing a claim. I don't expect them to pay me nearly what the TV is worth and what it will cost me to replace it.
Do not use this company
Do not use this company! I hired Coastal Movers and didn't realize they were just a broker. Coastal then sent this company to do my move. I was told that we had to pay an additional 1700 to move, because the estimate was not correct. We were told if we didn’t pay that we would loose the 1900 deposit we already gave them. We reluctantly paid them with 300 cash and 1400 in Venmo. Items were picked up on 12/13/2024 and were to be delivered on 12/20/2024. They were never delivered. Today is 02/05/2025 I am I am still getting the run around. This company has hung up on me. Not returned calls or text. They lie over and over again. You can not believe anything they say.I have all my calls recorded with them. Loadrans are holding my belongings hostage for an additional 900.00 dollars. They will extort you. Today I have decided to open a civil lawsuit against both companies. Save yourself some trouble. Stay away!
Horrible Business Don't Use Them
Horrible! Unethical! Scam artists! Do not use them. They refused to deliver my things unless I paid them more money, with some guy with a foreign accent shouting into the phone and pretending not to understand my questions. Absolutely no accountability with this company, and when you call them you can tell they don't give a crap about you or your stuff once you've paid them. They lost things and broke things, and then never sent me my reimbursement check.
They lost 1/3 of my stuff
They lost 1/3 of my stuff. Never went back to the warehouse to check. Then the driver required $300 in cash to deliver my stuff. Said that 18 wheelers were not allowed in my cul de sac. Two days later an 18 wheeler showed up for a move right across the street from me. Never got that back, either. I hope they all burn in hell.
They took my stuff and my money
They took my stuff and my money. They should have delivered in September, it's December. I call and they've said 2-3 days since September 10th.
Never use Loadrans LLC for a Residential Move
Loadrans LLC, 1601 Perrino Place, Suite D, Los Angeles CA 90023 / (800) 989-2620
Also: Loadrans LLC, 1946 Sabre Str, Hayward CA 94545
Also goes by Rapid Response Moving and CA State Moving Services (why do they have so many different names?)
Additional phone numbers for Loadrans LLC: (347) 977-1704; (561) 221-6912; (321) 396-6358; (772) 742-5246; (510) 936-7133;
They also have t least 10 different email addresses.
Two days before Loadrans LLC was to pick up my items in Palm Desert CA they (unfairly) jacked our price up an additional $7000. Unbelievable - they knew my back was up against the wall and I needed to leave in a few days.
Anyways, Loadrans LLC showed up in a BOX TRUCK. The truck did not fit all of my items and I had to leave $1000s of dollars of items behind.
From Palm Desert CA, my items were brought to Los Angeles and placed in storage until Sept 16 or so.
Then my items went to Hayward CA as Loadrans LLC has an office there. It looks like the items were stored and then transferred to another truck (two transfers and two storages to this point).
Loadrans LLC was supposed to deliver to my house in Canfield OH on Sept 17. Through 100s of phone calls, emails, texts - everyone involved was lying to us.
At some point Loadrans LLC transferred my items to two truck drivers. Either they worked directly for Loadrans LLC or they were contracted - so now we are up to three transfers.
Supposedly the truck arrived in the area during the evening Sept 19 or the morning of Sept 20. The driver (some guy named Shawn or Sean) claimed they could not bring the truck down my street. They wanted another $2000 (of course, in CASH). Another total scam and they were holding my items hostage.
The idiots still transferred all of my items to a U-HAUL Box Truck, so this would now be FOUR transfers.
The guys showed up, we paid them the balance of $4651 plus the extra $2000 in cash (they would only accept cash) and they began to deliver my items.
I paid for “white glove pick up and delivery service” that included disassembly at pick up and assembly at delivery. These guys had absolutely no idea how to assemble anything, plus half the stuff was busted.
In total Loadrans LLC did over $100,000 of damage to my items and personal property. They have offered me a measly $200 in compensation, which I declined.
The head of their “claims” office is some person named Kate +1 (201) 588-0748
Of course, she doesn’t work anywhere close to Los Angeles, so this is just another con job by Loadrans LLC. These people need to be shut down. They “bait and switch” customers and no one has any recourse. They will not give refunds or accept “claims”.
