Evaluating 75 reviews, most reviewers were somewhat happy with their experience overall. However, many customers express significant dissatisfaction with the service and product quality. Consumers frequently encounter issues with their orders, including incorrect or unadvertised items, and problems with medication dispensing. The delivery service is a major concern, with many experiencing delays, lost parcels, or issues with product condition upon arrival. Customer service is often described as poor, with reports of unresponsiveness, lack of follow-up, and difficulty resolving issues. Lloyds pharmacy is a very incompetent…

Lloyds pharmacy is a very incompetent company. They fail to provide a good service because they invested millions of pounds into a off-site hub in Warrington and it has been a massive failure ,the robotics they use to pick your medication is unreliable and doesn't work.
They have tried to make this work since 2014,
There computer software is outdated and delivery service is terrible I am surprised GPhC have not closed them down. It is very dangerous dispensing service it is hidden away in a warehouse in Warrington. If your electric prescription has been sent to Lloyds pharmacy and they don't have your medication in stock ask for your prescription to be sent back to the NHS spine so you can go to another pharmacy.
My advice is to go another pharmacy if you want your medication to arrive on time.

Had the most warm and helpful customer…

Had the most warm and helpful customer service at the Lloyds Pharmacy in Broadway Worcestershire. I was on holiday for a few days and had been suffering from migraines and terrible eye pain and pressure in my head which would not go away the assistant (dispenser) told me to go to the opticians as soon as possible just to make sure as I still had a few days left. Luckily I got an appointment at the opticians in Tesco Evesham which is my optician up north so they had all of my records. I had a full eye examination and was explained that my contact lenses were to strong and to wear my glasses. My stigmatism has got worse. I started wearing my glasses and haven’t had my contacts in since the holiday in September and my migraines/pain have gone. Thank you so much to the lady for helping me and putting me at ease what a wonderful person and very empathetic. Fantastic customer service all round.

As an Oncology Nurse who has been with…

As an Oncology Nurse who has been with LloydsPharmacy Clinical Homecare for several years, I can confidently say that the quality of service and support provided, both to patients and staff, is second to none. During my time here, I’ve experienced promotions, which is a testament to the company’s commitment to personal and professional growth. The career development opportunities are remarkable, with consistent training, mentorship, and encouragement to advance.

LloydsPharmacy Clinical Homecare offers work-life balance, something that is crucial in such a demanding field. This balance allows me to focus on delivering the best possible care to my patients, knowing I have the support of an empathetic and structured organisation behind me.

The quality of care we provide to patients is exceptional. From oncology to other specialised areas, the attention to detail, patient safety, and personalised care plans make a real difference in people’s lives. As a nurse, it's incredibly rewarding to be part of a service that genuinely prioritises patient outcomes. Our team works collaboratively with healthcare professionals across the country to ensure treatments are delivered efficiently, compassionately, and with clinical excellence.

I truly feel valued at LloydsPharmacy Clinical Homecare, not just as an employee, but as a healthcare professional making an impact. I would highly recommend this company to both aspiring healthcare workers and patients alike. The level of care, respect, and commitment is unparalleled

Lloyds Pharmacy have done me proud over…

Lloyds Pharmacy have done me proud over the years, and I was very happy with them, sign in, password and tick the box, not a problem.
Now a new company have taken over and are demanding I change my password, seems you have to add ",$,*. something I feel is not needed, I am 80 years old, I have been using the same password for Lloyds for years, and I feel that changing it now is not what I want to do it will mean writing it down somewhere just to keep it safe, at 80 I would lose it within days So sorry, this new company is not for me, I think they need to be told that the elderly are set in their ways and do NOT like change. Really Pleased!

I had my drugs delivered by Leroy today. Leroy called my mobile, confirmed that I was home, he confirmed my address and means of access, arrived at my home with a smile and cheerful greeting. I was really pleased with his very friendly and professional delivery.

Lloyds Pharmacy Wotton Under Edge

Since this pharmacy was taken over it has offered excellent service, unlike the previous pharmacy.

I ordered an online prescription on Monday morning and within hours had a a message to say it was ready. Amazing! It would have taken the previous outfit four or five days. The whole shop looks better with different stock as well as the necessary basics.

Prices for most treatment options are…

Prices for most treatment options are well above average and there shouldn't be any reason for this when companies that are far less known or as popular are much cheaper with the exact same products and sometimes quicker delivery.

Helpful & trustworthy staff

I was late ordering my medication & after speaking with Fozia at Lloyd’s pharmacy she went above & beyond to help me get my medication before I went away for the weekend. Always polite & helpful. I have used this pharmacy for years & trust them completely.

Make it very difficult to change providers

More expensive for Mounjaro than competitors. They make it VERY diffcult to switch. They are careful to not provide you with any documentation with your name on and receipt/prescription together, then when you request a copy of the prescription they treat it as a Data Subject Rights Request, which means they can take a whole month to provide it - instead of sending it right away which they could easily do.

This means you are locked in for at least another month.

I would seriously have avoided if I had known this would be the case

Atrocious just like Gourock medical practice!.

Just as bad as the Gourock so called medical practice!, this pharmacy time and time again has never got what you want and you end up having to go back the next day and for people who are unwell and don't have a car so this pharmacy is good for nothing!. I feel sorry for the people in Gourock especially the old my goodness the death rate must be massive in this town because the Doctors and the Pharmacy are absolutely the worst in Inverclyde and I have lived in 3 towns here no kidding the absolute worst and would be better shut down indefinitely!.

Utterly disappointing and non existent customer service.

I have 2 Lloyds Pharmacy Migraine Tens machine, both were around £80 each when purchased. The cost of the machines has been drastically slashed to around £6.00. and I can no longer purchase replacement tens pads for my machines. They are unique in design so no others would do the job. I contacted Lloyds Pharmacy twice, most recently on 6th August to ask where I can by the tens pads and they’ve not had the courtesy to reply. I suspect the machine is being discontinued which leaves me with £160 of useless tens machine! Are you going to refund me??

Useless delivery

The one thing you should be with meds is reliable. If you say you will deliver next day then use a company that will keep to that promise. As predicted evri can’t and medication now won’t be delivered today, despite the website saying it would be. Not good enough.

This is a newish scam

This is a newish scam, used by Lloyds on line pharmacy. You fill out a form with personal information. You pay a significant sum and are accepted. Hurrah! You then make a video showing your size from all angles and weighing yourself. It takes about 4 attempts to get it uploaded, which is then refused. When you cannot be bothered anymore, and ask for a refund, you are informed that you will only receive 50% of the payment. This is because the,"clinician", has had to work very very hard, to check the tick box. This is such a blatant and outrageous lie, I can only gasp in admiration. I have been rinsed by experts, and this is the best yet. So I was surprised at the very high (3/5 score) given by customers . Looking through the reviews you can see that the company has taken genuine reviews about proper local pharmacists, and tagged them onto their page. Probably as this makes them look a lot better than they are, and also avoids the attention of the Office of Fair Trading.

I have a repeat med which I put in the box outside the surgery at the weekend. I phoned LLoyds yesterday as was on my last tablet: I was told that my prescription was done for pick up in London! I was told to phone London to arrange it to be transferred to Lloyds at Stow Health: I'd have thought Lloyds should do this, to rectify their error... I work full time.
