Thank you for your order and sorry for the delay in receiving your products. I did try to call you this morning to discuss.
Unfortunately, the courier has let us down on this occasion and i frustratingly have tried my very best to get the goods to you as soon as we possibly could.
The courier for some unknown reason was struggling to locate your address. After being made of this issue on Thursday i believe, we sent a duplicate shipment with again the same issue on Friday, with the courier struggling to locate your address.
I personally spoke to the courier and provided delivery information and upgraded to a Saturday delivery because of the problems, appreciating you had been waiting too long for this delivery. Both heat mats were delivered just after 8am on the Saturday, they were received in the same parcel it looks like. Unfortunately, sometimes the courier can cause problems to us and to you the customer. I honestly believe we have done what we can to get this order to you as quickly as we can, without physically delivering the parcel ourselves. When problems arise, we are at the mercy of the couriers regrettably.
Again, sincere apologies for this delay and inconvenience. Please let me know if i can help you further.
