and the reply is an automated reply which is pretty much the same replies to every review. focused on rinsing the customers wallet with very little return to the customer. take take take what you can your lime the government take what you can and give nothing back

So you can win big, as I have done this once before, with a win of over £100, but since then the RTP has been absolutely shocking and it ended with me asking for my account to be closed tonight.

Since the big win, I have won absolutely nothing and some games are shocking, one game, I did over 100 spins, and not a single collect, it missed by ONE everytime and I mean everytime, and when I was £14 down, I final got a feature and I won a measly £2.50 on the bonus, and it's been the same with all games ever since the big win.

As I said I've asked for my account to be closed as I feel since the win, that my RTP has been none existant, before I could get a few small wins, but now it seems like I'm just not getting anything and it's all since that massive win. It's the reason it's getting two stars instead of one.

Two winning bets voided, bordering on criminal behaviour. £267 in winnings replaced by £5 for voided bets then hide behind 'their rules', won't be using them again!

Livescore bet is the worst bookie I have ever in 45 yrs experienced. I opened an account all perfectly and won 38 pound. Did all the checks and they haven't accepted my id driving license I have had for 33 years. It is I scam. Do not bet with them.

I joined because i was attracted to the welcome offer, so glad I read the terms and conditions and did some research. I did everything right except at the last part when I started betting. I accidentally placed the wrong bet, but the match had not started yet. The match will start on the next two days, so I cashed out, then replaced the correct one. I had doubts, so I had a live chat with one of the agents. Turns out I am no longer qualified for the welcome offer at this point., even though I continue to bet away my first £10, at this point, I thought, what is the point continues betting without any welcome offers. I immediately cash out and withdrawal my money. That is one of the dumbest terms of condition, almost like a small trap just in case the new customer is fked up their the first bet like me.

After that I find another bookie to join, paddy power was much much better, them do not have small trap in term of conditions like this, I am qualified as long I bet away my first deposit in single bet as them requested, without any cash out during play in.

A few things terrible with this site .. everytime you are rewarded with a bonus from say the monthly free game you have to spend over a hour to get it as never works .. also my most recent experience I did over 350 spins on a big bass winning one bonus for 30x ... Whilst in the game I won 10x on total amount spun so a rtp of around 10% .. there games behave a lot differently than other sites ..I have complained about the bonus situation twice with no response ... So will escalate that to gaming ombudsman ..I think time to cut losses and leave the site alone ... UPDATE I asked for a audit of last two gaming sessions to get a correct RTP on my gaming sessions they point blank refused .. do not trust this site people they copy and paste response in nearly every reply with a few variances ....

The audacity of this company telling customers who are having such a negative experience on their slots that they use a RNG and everythings regulated blah blah.
What they fail to mention is that game providers are offering companies like this a choice of which RTP they would like for their game.
Every game I've played has the lowest RTP possible when compared to other sites.
Ex. Cluster tumble has a 96.4% RTP on boyle sports and on live score it's 92%, that makes a good RTP game turn in to a poor one, consider how highly volatile this game is and you're really not doing yourselves any favours.
So if you think you're on a bad streak and the games are rigged that's somewhat true because you're going to have a much harder time getting any good returns from this site, resulting in losing more money faster because you're ultimately getting less spins for your money.
On top of this (can't speak for other sports), their football odds are the lowest I've ever seen, go compare them to any where else and you'll see, so if you bet big then this is the last site you want to do that with, literally throwing money away.
My guess is they are picking the lowest of everything within legal means to maximize their profits hence why if you Google them you'll see they are one of the top bookies out there which is probably why people are joining them.
Their free games aren't as good as they look, in my experience you'll go months without winning on fives, mostly due to getting on average 3/4 defenders a week at 10-50p a goal.

Disgraceful company. I have £10 per month deposit but just got an email saying i can't use any promotions including free games and that if I contact customer service they won't tell me anything, so no reason given. I don't really care about using their site, never win on free games anyway, but how rude!! Won't receive any more messages as am now closing my account.

A diabolical betting company.
I am an Irish customer. I had an account with livescorebet for years. Loyal beyond words. I have put up with the awful odds, the low payout in casino and settling bets wrong for years.
I have been fully verified for years.
Then after a tiny few Euro win they lock my account and ask for verification once again.
They ask me for passport or driving licence and bank statement or utility bill.
I send bank statement and passport and they say now they want additional driving licence and 2 government signed letters.
Absolutely unreal, terrible untrustworthy site, will never use again

Simple free spin offer to this. I had trouble before with promo fine print terms where I was technically wrong but this time an offer showing 10 free spins for placing a 10 euro bet advert banner showed. I clicked into it and it brought me back to the main promo page. I placed bet and after a while the spins didn't appear. I got onto chat asking where they are , they said I need to opt in, I told them there was no opt in button... eventually after a while on chat the agent gave me a link where I opted in. I got back on chat and was told I wouldn't get the spins as I needed to opt in first. I explained the banner showed nothing to opt in when clicked but I was denied. Take into account I bet hundreds per day. Clearly the site didn't have an opt in button and was trying to catch people out. I've contacted gambling commission and advertising standards and I made official complaint , I will be potentially pursuing legal action now.

Played with live score for years, no problems whatsoever. I won a substantial amount and chose to play some of it. Received an email stating I was blocked from play until I spoke to a member of the team, that is totally fine and I understand. I then went onto live chat and explained that after suffering a recent illness, I now have hearing difficulties hearing and I would be unable to carry a phone chat, the member of the live chat team, who I spoke to, was lacking serious customer skills, offered no support, no alternative direction, and just kept pushing the number for me to call. Awful experience.

Yet another site with false rtp rates played game said was 93%rtp ran through app i have as burned through £10 in 4 minutes at 10p spins and biggest win was 90p not 1 bonus or feature just ate through money. So actually rtp came out at 33%!!!

I’m so glad that I went on the reviews I was trying to sign up and I got a nasty feeling that this is not a good site hence I checked out the reviews as I was uploading and uploading so many times and it rejected the photos I thought something can’t be right with site I am going to email them to close the account now that I have read the reviews.
