I bought two beds and had flooring paid and fitted by these 3 years ago. Still having problems with the flooring now, haven’t had 12 months of no hassle with it without having to call them back because the flooring is starting to come apart. They must of been 12 times I reckon now in 3 years. I’m thinking of getting the floor guy a present for Christmas and inviting him to my baby’s christening in the summer. Older fella who works on the counter in the shop was lovely but clueless when I first dealt with him. He come to look at the flooring to measure up and assess said I need to take the scurtain board and beeding down but only on one side. When the lads came to do the flooring there just contractors they said the scurtains and and beeding needed to come off on all sides. My colleague in work is having the same problems with her flirting years down the line after dealing with them. The beds I ordered, less said about them the better ha. 4 booked in deliveries, once the van broke down, twice they over ran so couldn’t make it and the other time delivered the wrong bed and tried to tell me I was wrong even thought I had proof 😂😂. Went with another floor company Knowsley for hall theyve been great no problems. Not sure what there like now but my experience was awful, doubt theyve changed nothing bespoke about them proper snide firm. Cheap and stressful they are I would describe them they could put you in broadoak be careful

Booked and picked the more expensive runner for my stairs and I think they put the cheaper one instead. I went to the warehouse and spoke to them and I left still not convinced.

Cheap made beds… ordered ottoman came as ordinary slatted bed this was fixed within a week or two.However the quality of the bed is really poor. Show piece head is cheap strips of silver coloured plastic taped and glued on can see spray on velvet where there has been over spray. Plastic not flush to bed hanging off. Bed is not even 12 months old yet and head board is starting to fall apart not worth the price compared to other retailers

Terrible company , avoid at all costs , they try ripping you off saying by giving you a different floor than you payed for , tried to say I hadn’t payed for my kitchen floor when I clearly had after a lot of back and forth they finally agreed I had payed for the kitchen floor to be fitted and now the floor has all came away and moved leaving caps which I have to cover with a rug , don’t waste your money!!!

Ordered a bed with these jokers, came 2 weeks later and was the total wrong colour, they refused to accept the return it as it was a “bespoke” item. Refused to help in anyway shape or form, wouldn’t mind they’re cheap Chinese imported beds hardly bespoke. Currently have Barclaycard dealing with it as they refuse to take any accountability for their mistake. wouldn’t give them the time if day.

Avoid Avoid Avoid at all costs. Please make sure you check and double check your order and prices. These bunch of cowboys ordered the wrong bed and tried to blame me, delivered a so called double which was completely the wrong size as advertised on their website. The owner pretends not to be the owner and his attitude along with staff is absolutely disgusting but he thinks he can speak to you the way he wants. Wrong! He also tried to charge “tax” on his so called order form but prices include “tax”. Whatever you do do not pay by debit card because any issues you won’t be able to claim your money back. As in another review no invoice provided either. Go elsewhere before you are disappointed. They would be worth while investing in a customer service course as they are vile and disgusting the way the owner who pretends not to be the owner speaks to people. Take ur business elsewhere. P.S one of the good reviews on this site is from a family member 🤷‍♀️ says it all!

So i made the mistake of thinking bespoke and the high costs they charge would equal quality service, instead I am now having to go via trading standards with an official complaint and get a refund via my credit card.
It took about 3 weeks to get a house flooring estimate, ii had made clear I wanted the bespoke service, the shop texted me a price that over the phone made clear that I did not need to worry, 2 weeks later 2 guys showed up to fit the flooring, they then refused to lay the flooring because the old lino was Not up, and the floor was not ready for them, even when I had made clear I was paying for floors to be made good and ready after my builder asked them to leave as did not think they were any other than a bunch of cowboys they walked off site taking my flooring with them, called to the office to complain lead to the vile boss basic telling me to F off and put the phone down. I would highly recommend you only pay these guys with a credit card as a service like this always leads to rapid , closure , best idea would be to take your business else where lots of other cheaper flooring cos around who DO deliver customer service

John and James fitted 2 rooms today with laminate flooring. They were both friendly but professional. They fitted in no time at all. Really pleased with it. Would recommend.

Got my new bed today, which is amazing especially the mattress which is super comfy,
They delivered and put my bed together the lads were fantastic had it up in no time
Think it will be the only place I will go for a bed in future
The bed is excellent quality and well worth the price,
From start to finish nothing was too much for these guys.

Amazing fitters and service, lads came in and done it faster than I expected and the job was perfect! No messing around from them they got the job done. They was also very polite and efficient and I couldn’t be happier with my brand new floor it looks unreal so happy with it! Also like to say how professional and amazing the staff in the shop were, so helpful and polite throughout the process. Thank you guys highly recommend 👍🏼

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS COMPANY.
Floor was laid with clear damage with a wax film over the top, raised in different areas creating bumps lifting on the floor. After months of back and fourth avoiding taking accountability, passing blame, attempted blackmail (with regards to a social media post). They promote false information to their customers claiming their floors are durable and suited for homes with children and pets, not true!!! After voicing frustrations we are now blocked. Since I have found multiple other customers online who have had similar experiences, who have now also been blocked by the company.

Do not even consider using their services i can assure you, you will highly regret it.

I have used this company several times, I’ve just had hall stairs landing carpeted and all flooring downs stairs i absolutely love it, thank you for all the help in the shop deciding which flooring to pick, fitters we’re so polite and professional, thank you very much

I have used Liverpool bespoke flooring before and always recommend them to friends and family. Excellent service from start to finish, had floor measured and fitted with no issues. The team are very professional and done a great job

Very dissapointed with the service this company provide. They came and measured up for flooring throughout entire ground floor and quoted us stating that an extra charge would be added if when the floor was up it needed relevelling. We took the floor up and had our own builders in (who were going to relevel the floor) when we invited the fitter who they provided to check if the floor needed any levelling. 'Carl' came out and stated the floor was "perfect and ready to fit" but he was unavailable until 3 weeks later. As all of our furniture was in the back garden an the floor was up we wanted if fitting within the 10 day timeframe they originally gave us from the fitter stating floor was ready! So they provided another fitter who was to complete on the wednesday, therefore i organised the new furniture to be delivered and fire fitting for the Friday. Wednesday comes and the new fitter came out and straight away said the whole floor needed releveling and we needed to pay £510 straight away plus fitting was now delayed pushing everything else back. I called the company and explained the situation and was told its not their problem its between me and the fitter (who they did provide) they denied all responsibility, so i emailed them numerous times asking for the fitters details and their insurance details as it seems the fitter is self employed but working against HMRC regulations as he is booked up with themselves full time! To which i got really unhelpful replies without the details i wanted and then no reply at all. One of the replies stated i could of refused the releveling, knowing that it was due to be fitted that day, I have 3 little boys one being disabled, another being 10 weeks old. My entire furniture in the back garden and the floor ripped up to concrete thinking we were making it easier for them! Absolutely discusting, unprofessional service, would definately not use or recommend them at all.
