Craig was the Locksmith who came to fix my back door earlier this week. He was friendly, and helpful and he persevered with my old and worn out UPVC door until he fixed it so that I could lock it easily. It is working better than it’s ever worked and I’m very thankful for his expertise.

We had an attempted break in at 2am. I called Livens first thing the next day. Two lovely lock smiths arrived that morning. They replaced the lock with a loan, they left us with handle locks on both doors so we would feel safe. They ordered new locks and handles and came two days later and fitted them. They were really nice people who cleared up after themselves and did a fantastic job. They price was very reasonable as well. Would recommend them to anyone.
