Please read all reviews on Google, Yelp and Trust pilot before you sign your lease

The property has been taken over by new management as Avenue 5 Residences. These ladies are a wrong set of people to be managing this complex, they simply do not care about the residence work order or any simple request. Please do consider checking other reviews or speaking to a resident before you sign a lease. They are not professional at all levels, when hiccups arises all they do is to cover their colleagues. A lot of residence are not happy the way things are. Enough is enough we are not staying here for free. This is a great location but not the folks here. I hope a new set of people will be able to make improvements.
