The bed frame has arrived with multiple areas of damage and is significantly below the standard I would expect from a handmade product. There are multiple areas of chipped paint and a 5p size dent on one of the legs.
The desk design is not fit for purpose as a study desk. The fixings of the shelves and legs leave dips in the desk surface meaning you can reliably sit and write at the desk.
I purchased the high bed mattress that comes with the bed it actually measures 16-17cm in depth and the few centimetres of guard rail left is not high enough to maintain my daughter’s safety in the bed.
I waited 4 months for the bed to arrive so chose not to return it. The company dismissed my safety concerns and reassured me it was safe to use the bed. They did send some paint to repair all of the damaged areas and eventually collected the mattress.
I was disappointed at the quality of the bed and my safety concerns being dismissed. I wouldn’t recommend.

Placed an order a week ago for two mattresses but not received confirmation even though payment has been taken. Tried calling customer service but no answer. What can I do before I claim back money through Paypal?

Very good customer service. Friendly and reliable service, including prompt repaymen of credit. Bed seems to be solid. Only complaint was that the dark coloured finish on the bed chips off quickly. This seems to be the case for most dark painted furniture from any supplier, but would recomend you avoid the dark finish if you are looking.

Excellent ! I originally called as I'd been let down by another company just before xmas. Little folks were brilliant, they made sure to get my order out to me the next week, they called me back without asking, they emailed when the order was to be shipped. The customer service was really great. I then received the fargo high sleeper bed and the quality is like nothing I've ever seen, the slats are even thick and hard wood. It's all solid and perfect. Well worth the money. Would definitely order again.

We have a Classic Beech bunk bed with trundle in Dove Grey, by Little Folks Furniture and it is hands down the best piece of furniture we’ve purchased. The bunk is so sturdy and super comfy too. We’ve used the trundle bed too many times to mention (as parent ‘sleepovers’), and have to say that it rates highly from us both in the comfort stakes!

We are grandparents and bought the Fargo High Sleeper in October 2019 for our 2 little grandchildren when they came to stay with us. They loved it, of course, and had the expected argument over which one of them should have the top bunk! We loved it too, not just because of the reaction from the 2 boys but because it is a very high quality piece of furniture: well made, sturdy, solid and stable and delivered with great customer service. I assembled it myself using the excellent instructions and tools provided. The reason for producing this review now, over 2 years later, is that we are moving house and that has involved dismantling it all. That process has reminded me of what an excellent piece of furniture this and I am (almost!) looking forward to re-constructing it after we move in! Well done Little Folks.
