Edit: I read the comment section after leaving my review. I think some of the reviews are not fair but unwittingly have boosted the sale and reputation of the company!
Basically these are supposed to be made to last with your child, but they are a piece of garbage and the company often won't continue to supply you with parts at their own whim. Choose another option if you want quality!
Low quality bikes and company is very hard to deal with, refusing proper support.
Stay away, don't recommend.

Great company with great customer service. It is being targeted with bad reviews at the moment but please take the time to read further. I've purchased three separate bikes and each one is sturdy, easy to put together and the kids love them. I was helped with some follow up questions immediately. I wish I coukd g8ve them more than 5 stars to be honest
