Easiest and great sounding ceiling speakers
This is my second experience with the lithe speakers. First was for Bluetooth units placed in a bathroom. Those several years later are still flawless. Once connected they just work. The new sets are the WiFi versions and they are so great. No need to connect extra equipment, they sound excellent and are a breeze to wire and install.
Support has been what you’d expect from a great company. Responsive, clear and very helpful. These are hands down some of the best units for flexibility and ease.

Amazing product and customer service
Amazing product and customer service. My ceiling speaker broke, it had run out of warranty. After speaking with customer services they said they would try and fix, unfortunately to far gone and as a good will gesture , replaced it. The speaker is such a talking point, so easy to connect, and brilliant sound, every day is a kitchen disco thanks to lithe audio and the team 🙏
Ceiling speakers…
There was a small issue with the equipment. Following a phone call to the supplier, a new part was sent and arrived the following day. Great service and found the response to my phone was very positive and professional. I bought a ceiling mounted ceiling speaker which is easy to install and provides a great sound in the bathroom. I shall be installing the same equipment in other rooms.

Quality kit
Just installed a 6.5 inch Lithe Bluetooth ceiling speaker and slave. What a super piece of kit. Everything seems well made and has a quality feel. As an example, the power supply has lever connectors for the mains cable. Setup is effortless and performance is great with distortion-free stereo sound. If you are going to chop your house about for ceiling speakers these seem to be an excellent choice.

Great aftersales experience
Great aftersales experience. Lithe replaced my speaker after the Bluetooth component developed a fault after over a year of use. They arranged and paid for collection and delivered a new speaker within a few days with no quibble what so ever. Very happy with the outcome. BT component aside, the speaker sounds great and I'm still planning to buy more from them.

I recently purchased a Lithe Audio speaker for my bathroom after seeing them at a show and was initially impressed with the quality and design. However, I later realized that my model lacked some app functionalities available in newer versions. After a bit of back and forth, the customer service team, especially Melvyn, went above and beyond by updating my speaker free of charge. Although I was eventually given a new model due to compatibility issues, the initial experience with the outdated features was a disappointment. Overall, the product works well now, but the initial oversight could have been avoided.

6 STAR Service!
After seeing and 'hearing' the Lithe Audio speakers at a Home Renovation Show I decided that this speaker would be ideal in our bathroom. My partner purchased a speaker for my birthday, which I installed at a later date once I had plucked up the courage to cut a hole in the bathroom ceiling. After installation, the speaker was amazing; both sound quality plus aesthetically pleasing on the eye. Once I downloaded the app, I noticed that there were a few functions missing compared to what I had seen online. After speaking with Lithe Audio, they explained that the speaker I had been superseded with an updated model, hence why the application offerings were slightly different to the speaker I had. I thought to myself, oh well, it is what it is, the product has been updated and that was that, fully accepted. But that wasn't that. Melvyn (Lithe Audio) said that if I were to take the speaker out of the ceiling and package it securely for returning, he would update the firmware on the speaker in order for me to take advantage of the updated app features. Not only that, he also kindly arranged for the collection and return of the speaker FOC. I was truly blown away by this level of service. All in all the turn around time was 5 days, and today the speaker was returned to my home address. In addition, Melvyn also sent me a courtesy email the day before informing me that the speaker would be delivered next day. But that's not the best of it! The speaker arrived as advised, but not my old one, a completely brand new updated replacement. By all accounts the previous speaker was unable to be updated due to the model, therefore Melvyn/LitheAudio replaced it with the latest current model. Now if this is not gold standard customer service, I don't know what is. Thanks again Melvyn and LitheAudio, you have definitely gone above & beyond expectation. If only other UK companies treated their customers the way you do. ******

Melvyn is a true legend
I currently own 2 speakers.
1 IP4 bathroom WiFi speaker (older model without the Chromecast built in) and 1 WiFi Pro that does have Chromecast.
I changed internet providers and couldn't get either speaker to connect to my Wi-Fi which was proving really frustrating.
I went through the troubleshooting guides and watched some YouTube tutorials, but still couldn't get it to work.
Luckily 1 speaker connected through luck which allowed me to navigate the Lithe App and find the contact us part through live chat.
Melvyn got both speakers paired for me. Both connected to my Wi-Fi and the Chromecast speaker successfully paired via the Google Home App.
Can't thank him enough and so glad I found some patience to allow him to walk through the steps with me.
I'm back up and running and currently have my Audible podcast playing in my attic room whilst typing this review.

Fantastic Customer Service and a great product
I am in Australia and called Nathan in support regarding an esoteric problem I had where I had to have a speaker group with the lithe speakers and google products set up in the Google Home App for whole house music. He was onto the problem quick smart with a firmware patch which he supplied immediately via a link which included a video on the simple process to apply it. Within minutes, I was up and running with a perfect speaker group with 4 lithe PRO speakers and 11 google products working in a whole house synchronised speaker group! I have thrown every permutation of Airplay, local DLNA from a NAS, Google Cast, Spotify Connect and bluetooth that I can think of at these speakers. I have tested Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music & streaming radio from my iPhone and google displays/mini's. Everything just works and the sound is great!
A little more polish on the app is the only improvement I could ask for, but this is something that usually evolves over time.
Well done Lithe. I am ordering more PRO speaker sets for this installation!
I highly recommend Lithe products and customer service from the other side of the world ;-)
