Ordered 2 items, sent back as I didn't like the quality, Klarna had to step in to get them to pull their fingers out to deal with the return, I emailed them prior to Klarna stepping in but they didn't have the decency to reply, when my refund came through they deducted a delivery charge which was advertised as 'Free Shipping' on purchase and doesn't state in the returns policy that they will do this.

I ordered 3 pairs of capo shorts all size 32 . Parcel took a week to arrive with 2 size 32 and 1 small . I emailed them immediately, no response and have also tried chat ,still no response. This is very bad customer service and I am now £45 out of pocket . Will never order from them again.

Nice to be able to visit the store which is local with easy parking in a convenient location, as well as browse and purchase online. Wanted to get Siksilk clothes for my partner as a gift and ended up purchasing myself a tracksuit too. We were both very happy with the high quality of clothes sold at a competitive price by Litcollective. Staff were friendly and helped me pick out outfits which they had fully stocked (all sizes) I needed so could purchase there and then. Will definitely be coming back

After a few company’s attempting to resolve an issue with our boiler we reached out to Dan. He diagnosed the issue and resolved it straight away. Dan has a wealth of experience and is very reasonably priced. We will use him again if necessary.
