My ony reservation is that this year you did not inform me that the MOT was imminent - I was reminded by the AA. This meant that I was unable to book my favourite slot - first thing when you open. Instead, it was 9.30 - so it all took much longer than usual. I wouldbe grateful if you could alert me a month in advance so that I can book an early appointment.

Cannot beat Listers of Boston for a 1st class experience
I was booked in for a service and yearly test.
The staff are pleasant and extremely efficient.
I was given a visual health check on my mobile.
My car was finished on the timescale quoted.
I was offered refreshments if I wished to wait for my service to be completed.
My car was thoroughly cleaned as part of the service provided
The whole experience was what you should expect from a professional organisation.
I forgot my walking sticks when I got in my car and only remembered when I reached home. (30 miles away).
I rang them to ask if they had been found. Yes they had got them and said they would deliver them to my home the next day
What a service absolutely excellent. Well done Listers.
I will always continue to use their excellent customer service.
