No where do you mention that you cannot…
No where do you mention that you cannot buy replacement balloons for the machines. I purchased 3 machines but need an extra dress balloon for that I forgot to order. Your website shows the balloons for order but it’s impossible to get them as your site will not ship them. Also, instructions not very good. I would not order the Lissaire again.

handy little full kit
The travel plug and attachments made it feel like a complete kit. I use the shirt attachment the most, but the shoe one is handy after wet weather.

My running shoes are always damp after training, so the shoe attachment is what sold me. Works better than leaving them near a fan.

Update on previous review.
I still don't have anything after all this time and and tracking has not entered US information. Hopefully we have not been scammed or had our purchase taken by customs. UPDATE: Package was received today. Although there was a delay, the support at LISSAIRE was very helpful with tracking down my package and making sure it made it to me unopened and undamaged.

It doesn’t do its job. Very poor quality even after exactly following all the instructions as per their YouTube videos…
And very hard to return. They have China or UK address for returning the machine from US. I would not recommend this to anyone… don’t waste your money

Shipping took around a week and a half to Sydney. Everything was packed cleanly and nothing was missing. Been using it on work uniforms and it’s doing a solid job.

I use it mostly for dresses. Lighter fabrics come out smooth pretty quickly, while thicker ones sometimes need a little longer. Still, it’s much easier than ironing by hand. I’m happy with it overall.

Setup was simple
Setup was simple, which I appreciated because I didn’t want another complicated appliance. The attachments clicked into place properly and the whole thing felt well made. I’ve used it on dresses, trousers, socks, and a few shirts. Everything comes out fresher and less wrinkled. It’s become one of those things I use without even thinking now.

The machine is difficult to use and too…
The machine is difficult to use and too return it to Great Britain or China costs at least $200.00. Not acceptable. That's how they scam you to buy by offering a refund but you have to pay the freight. So pay 200 to get your 300 back means you pay 200 for nothing.
If I know that going in I would not have purchased it. Save your money.
