Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Evaluating 40 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Consumers frequently report receiving completely worthless items, severely damaged products, and cheap merchandise that looks nothing like the online listings. Many people stated that the goods received were totally unusable, poorly made, and felt like an absolute waste of money and time. Some reviewers were happy with finding occasional useful household items or discovering occasional good buys on the platform. At the same time, customers also highlighted that shipping charges were completely unpredictable and unreasonably high for many purchases. Quickly becoming a scam

This company actually provides a platform in auction style where you can actually find good buys the problem is they arrange the shipping themselves for most Lots and they are literally charging you double of what that shipping would be if you arranged it yourself and you don't have an option unless they give you an option to arrange your own. That said my last interaction with them I purchased two lots in auction from the same warehouse and on their website they give you the option to consolidate shipping when the auctions are coming from the same warehouse well once I won the auctions and requested this to happen I was told they could not do it even though it states it on their own website so on top of doing the ultimate dishonest Act of profiting on the shipping they arranged they to me feel like they are quickly becoming a scam

Beware of misleading descriptions

Purchased several times from Liquidation.com and have come across a couple shady deals. False advertising about contents of boxes / items purchased. The last one from buyer Arianna102 showed photos of two handbags in particular, I won the auction and received my box full of crappy, dirty used clothes, with no handbags. My fault I guess since no manifest was included, but the multiple photos of the handbags sure suggested they would be included. Be careful. Some boxes have been good, other have been all trash.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! I bought a truckload of customer returns. It is filled with junk. Stuff is literally labelled JNK and Salvage. Don’t even get me started on the Manifest. All I’m doing is basically just dump runs. Waste of money, and worse, waste of time.

Misleading Listing, Extremely Poor Quality, Refusing to Take Responsibility

Do not waste your money on Liquidation.com.

What I received was absolute garbage compared to what was advertised. The listing and manifest were completely misleading. The products were cheap, low-quality junk, mostly plastic and fake-looking materials, nowhere near what was described.

This is not about a few damaged units. The entire shipment was misrepresented. The quality was so bad it’s honestly shocking that this company is still operating.

I provided clear video proof showing the full lot, yet they keep asking for individual videos of each product as if that changes anything. It’s just stalling, avoiding responsibility, and refusing to admit they sold trash under a false description.

No accountability, no real customer service, just excuses.

Liquidation.com sides with sellers pushing cheap, worthless products and leaves buyers stuck with the loss.

Avoid this company completely.

0.1Star – Not as Advertised / Misleading Experience

1 Star – Not as Advertised / Misleading Experience
I purchased a so-called “unclean / unclaimed box” totaling about $600, expecting items that were genuinely unclaimed or undeliverable, as advertised.

What I received was not consistent with that description at all.

Nearly all of the packages:
• Had the exact same shipping label
• Appeared to be pre-opened or ripped
• Looked repackaged or consolidated, not random or unclaimed mail

This raised immediate red flags, as legitimate unclaimed packages would not all originate from the same label or arrive already opened without disclosure. The condition and presentation of the items were materially different from what was advertised.

I reached out to the seller for clarification and resolution and was not provided with a satisfactory explanation or solution.

⚠️ Important for other buyers:
If you experience the same thing — identical shipping labels, opened packages, or items that are clearly not what was advertised — you may have the right to dispute the charge with your bank under “item not as described.” Take photos, save the listing, and don’t hesitate to protect yourself as a consumer.

I strongly encourage others to do their research and proceed with caution before purchasing!!!

I won two auctions last week and showed…

I won two auctions last week and showed up to pick them up. One was an ebike that retailed for 1999,99, 1000 Watt ASAP Zebra, and another item, A girls ride-on 12v toy. The bike was sealed inside a box, and I opened it to a 299.00 Bike Retail, and the Girls Ride On 12V said Display Model only, Not for Resale. !00% fraudulent behavior, but theyll do anything in their power to hope you don't notice. They will have the item sealed up like it's brand new. This is for the items you can show up and pick up yourself. I can't imagine the kind of things they ship out. @usstatesattorneygeneral

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! They lead you to believe this is returned mail randomly picked and sent to you. I would not pay $5 for the 40 packages I got. TEMU wouldn't want this crap! We found multiple packages with the same items in them even thought they were supposedly from different people across America. NOTHING was name brand, total junk!

Absolute box of junk

Absolute box of junk! The advertising video showed a large box of high quality products. My small box arrived, non branded low quality beauty good. Dark purple nail varnish, peach eye shadow. The products will go straight to the charity shop. Even they wouldn’t be grateful! Don’t be fooled!

Complete Acam

If I could give zero stars, I would. Liquidation.com has gone completely downhill and my recent experience proves the reviews are right — this place has become a scam.

I won a pallet advertised as customer returns and ended up receiving pure salvage trash. I spent over $700 and got nothing but unusable garbage. On top of that, the bidding is clearly manipulated with shill bidders constantly jacking up prices, making it impossible to get a fair deal.

Their customer service is a joke. They expect small business owners to inspect huge quantities of inventory in a 2-day window, which is unrealistic and intended to prevent claims. When I reached out for help, they offered nothing. They take zero accountability and always side with the sellers, even when the listing is blatantly misleading.

Liquidation.com used to be a trusted site, but not anymore. The recent reviews are spot on — stay far away unless you want to lose money, time, and patience. I will never buy from them again.

Never have anything shipped

Never have anything shipped. And never say never. Sellers differ. Titan 0 stars Sony 3 Lowe's 3 Walmart 3 Nordstrom 5. All vanities are broken. 1/2 air beds leak. If you can't pick it up generally don't buy it. Less than a truckload is usually items past over by liquidation stores. Each lot is a gamble. I've bought over 100.

absolute junk

Liquidation.com has been a complete disappointment. The lots they send are absolute junk, nothing like what is advertised. They protect their sellers at every turn while leaving customers out in the cold. If you buy from them, expect trash and no support. Once you file a dispute, they hit you with automated messages and ignore everything you say. There is no real customer service and no interest in making things right. The way they handle customer issues is terrible and it shows. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

Review: Very Disappointed - Pallet Was Full of Trash

Review:
We bought a pallet listed as “returns and undelivered post” from Liquidation.com, and it turned out to be complete garbage. Almost every item was damaged, or unusable — not a single good product in the entire pallet. It was literally trash. We spent over $300 expecting at least a few usable items, but everything we received was worthless. Extremely disappointing and not as described. Be very careful before buying from this site.
Also
I also want to add the listing claimed they didn’t know what was inside the boxes, but that’s clearly not true. Most of the boxes came in USPS Priority Mail packaging, and all of them had already been opened and resealed.
TRASH
I will never visit this website again!

DONT BUY from SURPLUS

I purchased a mystery lot from liquidation.com, seller was surplus and returns out of Clifton, NJ. The auction said this was a 40 item lot weighing 40lbs which was undeliverable, returns and the like, which were unopened and random. This appears to be a misrepresentation. All the items were from the "ticktock shop". all plastic crap. I would argue that they made each package up (filling with stuff from a dollar store). Dont do it!! its appealling to buy it.. dont!
