Great customer service

I've ordered twice from Linse-Xpres. The first time my lenses arrived within 1 or 2 days. This time it took 3 weeks. Nothing I wasn't prepared for as they explicitly say there can be delays from the suppliers. But as I was leaving the country I contacted them to make sure I could get my order in time. Not only did they answer my email fast, but they also provided me with the expected date that the order would be delivered from the supplier and the option to pick up the lenses myself as to avoid postal delays. I got my order on time and I'm super satisfied with their customer service.

Do not use this company

I ordered my lenses more than a month ago and still havent received anything, neither any response to my email.....I simply have to buy new lenses somewhere else. HORRIBLE
